  2. It is always nice to see things that is different gadtes and technology advancing but I personally disagree with putting cameras wherever you can, I was checking out for sme new phone and there is no phone on the market that doesn't have camnera I don't need it so why doesn't someone puts mobile phone on the market without it I think that it is needless. AAt least for my usage while I prefer simple and usuful devices I don't like when you have many options and nonoe of them is any good.
And checking out this very new gagdet I think and I hope that many people would agree with me that it is more camera then MP4 player and it doesn't look good at all.

hmmm seems like u like the old phone better, huh?

i agree with u, but the consumer is always looking out for new things in the market, it may not work with ur concept, but it may attract other people who are gadget freaks and wanna get their hands dirty . buit i personallly feel , something which has an added feature will not harm. :):P

  3. The one thing tat i hate on my mobile phone is the Bulkiness, i use a nokia 6600 and its so bulky tat i feel ashamed carry it, but unfortulately i cant buy a new phone also , the earlier phone i was using was a nokia 3310 its even better than this , atleat its slimmer than nokia 6600, also the nokia 6600 doesnt not suppor mp3 and FM ,this is one thing tat every phone must have.. in todays world.

  4. U ARE A LCUKY ONE., reminds me of my first mobile , i was very possessive about my mobile.. since its was my first mobile i alwys used to clean it, it was a nokia 3310 ( loll.. now i laugh looking at it,. but i still love it , and keep it as a sovenier). this happened to me once in train,. since i used to to coll in train , i oneday got stuck in a crowd and while detraining banged against the door, tat time i dint realise tat i had also hit my phone. later when i reached home, i found tat my screen was completely destroyed ( only a portion of the screen was good) and to replace the screen , it cost almost half the price of the mobile, for a month i was using the mobile with the broken screen, and read msgs i had this unique method . i used to somehow navigate to edit option and keep deleting the first words on the screen , and the remaining part of the msg kept moving towards the nice part of the screen, it took almost a min for me to read the msg ,,sometimes my frens jus to trouble me ,sent a 3-4 page long msg.. and they loved to do this... and finally i could hold it no long...then one day i went to this china bazaar., and to my surprise , they had mobile screens for almost all models , i got it replaced, for almost Rs100 ($3). hmmmm the chinese are have solution for everthing isnt,??? now whenever i trace back to ths incident reminds me , of the techonology that has changed , now i dont think nokia even makes such phones. but it was one phone which i still have it as a sovenier.RegardsAbhishek

google adsense is also a scam , i have lost 3 adsense accounts so far , and everytime i get a different respose.
the last time they told me that my IP address was in a blocked list and so any account generated is deemeed cacel,
its so frustrating , i hardly use to make much out of it.

i feel the textlink ads are worth more than google. if you are US Citizen you can even sign up for yahoo publishers.

  8. Q.How come when I flush my toilet in the northern hemisphere it goes counterclockwise but I have this friend in Australia and when he flushes it goes clockwise?
A.You're mistaken. On a round Earth, the Coriolis effect adds at most one (counter)clockwise rotation per day; fewer as you get closer to the equator. The water in your toilet/sink/bathtub/funnel spins much faster than that (probably at least once per minute, or 1440 times per day) so the additional/lost rotation from the Coriolis effect wouldn't be noticed.

Ha ha ha , i cant stop laughing,, flush the toilet and reaches autralia, lol.. its like digging in china and reaching america.. lol really funning,, awesome post.

  9. I have heard pretty good reviews of FreeHostia too and was in fact, inclined to create an account with them before I discovered Xisto. My only issue with it is that it does not have fantastico and I was having problems installing phpbb.

hey i feel freehostia is pretty bad , the server goes down most of the time. i m kinda of worried if someday they close their servers and i ll loose most of my data, i had a very bad experience with other free webhost , so i back up my data each day , its kinda pretty cumbersome, but have to do , but still Xisto offers everthing , only thing is freehostia is free and requires no posting . but no offence Xisto is better than freehostia,

i have two site. and both run on URL redirection,.

The so-called Chinese iPhone made by a company called Meizu and called the miniOne is finally ready to ship to the stores. Its been awaited for a while now; ever since it was revealed months ago.
A look at the specs reveals that the miniOne is a GSM phone supporting EDGE and Wi-Fi connectivity. Its apparently equipped with an ARM11 533MHZ processor and has a 128MB DDR SDRAM and runs on Windows CE 6.0. It has a 3.2 inch TFT VGA Touchscreen with a resolution of 720×480 pixels and 16 million colors.

The miniOne also has a 3 megapixel autofocus camera and a 0.3 megapixel camera for video calling. It also supports MPEG4 and WMV formats for video, and even has a digital TV and GPS through DMB with downloadable maps. Its expected to have 16GB of internal memory. Also featured are a Line-In and a TV-Out, so the device can be easily hooked up to your TV for a big-screen experience.

The price of this seemingly all-in-one phone is a not-quite-modest Rs. 31,852 ($788). This is of course a pre-order price and the actual price will be revealed somewhere towards the end of the year. I feel the phone should be out sometime in January or early February of 2008. And if its available in China, it shouldnt be too long before you find it here as well. Look out iPhone, the miniOnes got your number!

  11. After P526, Taiwanese manufacturer also has plans to introduce a new GPS PDA phone called P527. The rumor was out for a while - but we were just able to get our hands some recent photos.

  12. Body mass index (BMI) or Quetelet Index is a statistical measure of the weight of a person scaled according to height. It was invented between 1830 and 1850 by the Belgian polymath Adolphe Quetelet during the course of developing "social physics".

As a measure, BMI became popular during the early 1980s as obesity started to become a discernible issue in prosperous Western society. BMI provided a simple numeric measure of a person's "fatness" or "thinness", allowing health professionals to discuss over- and under-weight problems more objectively with their patients. However, BMI has become controversial because many people, including physicians, have come to rely on its apparent numerical "authority" for medical diagnosis – but that has never been the BMI's purpose. It is meant to be used as a simple means of classifying sedentary (physically inactive) individuals with an average body composition. For these individuals, the current value settings are as follows: a BMI of 18.5 to 25 may indicate optimal weight; a BMI lower than 18.5 suggests the person is underweight while a number above 25 may indicate the person is overweight; a BMI below 17.5 may indicate the person has anorexia or a related disorder; a number above 30 suggests the person is obese (over 40, morbidly obese).

For a given height the BMI is proportional to weight; for example, if body weight increases by 50%, BMI increases by 50%. For a given body shape and given density, the BMI is proportional to height--if all body dimensions increase by 50%, the BMI increases by 50%. This tendency for taller people to have higher BMIs is partially offset by the fact that many taller people are not just "scaled up" short people, but rather tend to have narrower frames in proportion to their height.

you can calculate youR BMI here..

  13. A fews days back i updated my blog, on this chinese iphone , its pretty good and value for money.i earlier thought of sharing this on Xisto but completely forgot.

here is the extract from my blog http://www.mobilereviews.co.nr/

Meizu as a mobile manufacturer may not sound familiar to your ears. But it?s latest launch, the MiniOne, is fast growing to be a competitor for the iPhone. The MiniOne has sparked a keen interest in most enthusiasts who have been tracking its launch. However assumptions are rife if its specifications and design are similar to the iPhone.

The MiniOne certainly resembles the iPhone but apparently it may have just a wee bit more. The MiniOne uses Windows CE and is equipped with a Samsung ARM11 533MHZ processor with a 128MB of DDR SDRAM. It also uses a 16 million-color display sporting a 720?480 pixel resolution. The MiniOne has two cameras. The one in front (for video calling) is 0.3 megapixels and the main camera in the rear is 3 megapixels.

The phone is also equipped with features like BlueTooth, Wifi, a DMB Tuner and GPS. It can also be hooked up to a TV or projector using the video output. The MiniOne can play Avi, Mpeg4 and Wmv formats.

The release dates have not been made too clear but prices are ? approximately Rs. 18,359 ($450) for the 16GB and Rs. 10,607 ($260) for the 4GB version.

  14. Well, I would be really looking forward to the GPhone as I didn't quite much like the Aple iPhone neither did I find it worth the money. If it's really good and really practical without much added gloss then I would definitely give it a try.

It's Google so I am sure they will probably come up with something really good. Even though what I see in the screenshots still don't appeal me, I'll wait for this and if it ever happens I would be quite eager to get my hands on it! :)

Hi there , may be u ll like this iphone clone , called minione .people are calling this as the chinese iphone.

  15. If you like generic names, youll love Jinxing Digitals “MP4 Player,” a 320×240 2.5-inch screen PMP that, unsurprisingly, plays MPEG-4 files.

    Posted Image

It also features a gimmicky 2-Megapixel camera that can swivel horizontally up to 180 degrees, A/V Out, and an SD/MMC slot. No mention of built-in storage, and it can only manage 5 hours of continuous battery life we would say move along, but as this MP4 Player is unlikely to hit these shores, you probably wont have to.

It looks like Vodafone will be adding more holiday cheer than expected this year. Expected to launch sometime in the fourth quarter of ?07, the Samsung i560 slider looks good and seems spec?d to perform well, too. Features are said to include HSDPA, a 3.2 megapixel camera with 16x digital zoom, and a 2.4-inch QVGA display all atop S60 (wow, what?s with Samsung and S60 these days?). Look to spend around ?415 ($584) for this beauty when it?s available.
