If you are looking for a cheap, affordable and pretty good notebook, Dell is the way to go. They have many selections of labtops that you might find useful. Also customization can make your labtop be a crazy beast. One downside is that Dell has heavy labtops, so if you are looking to carry it around everywhere, Dell wont work. Light labtops with good stats will be in the Sony section. They will be practically the same as Dell yet more expensive and MUCH lighter. Its all up to you.

After following serverph's link to a wiki article on stenography (that how to spell?) I noticed something that is actually quite worrying...Basically what could be done by a cheap keyboard manufacturer is to implement this to "rip off" their customers, stealing passwords, accounts, bank details etc.
Now I think most of us will find this worrying. Never again should anyone buy cheap imported keyboards or ones from "dodgy" makers...

So it's a hardware version of a keylogger!?? sending a different "delay" for each key that is pressed so whoever is on the other end could easily find out whatever you type. Whoever is reading this right now most likely has a keyboard in front of them... can it be trusted?

Well thats scary. I am using a Dell manufactured keyboard so I think that I am safe. If Dell did this then there will be a huge scandal about to go on. But seriously, I cannot believe that it could steal passwords, accounts, bank details, etc. I guess hackers are gaining a step above us average NOD32 users =.=. Soon our toasters will be hacked! Who knows what technology will lead to.

You should have called the cops right then and there. Also after ask the kid if he knew the people who beat the crap out of him. After that tell him to go to the cops about this and get them in trouble. He could use you as a witness. Seriously, for borrowing a basketball you shouldn't be beat the hell out of. The big difference is between the recoil. Most "newb" players in Counterstrike 1.6 switch to Source due to the hardness to control their recoil. Source is basically a way to escape the recoil that 1.6 has put in. Also source is basically a spraying noob festival. Everybody is spraying while running and it requires no skill whatsoever. Most source players say "Oh the graphics own 1.6 and the recoil is the same". The reality if you test it is that the AK47 ( High Recoil gun in 1.6) in Source has the same recoil as a MP5 Navy in 1.6 (which is basically a no recoil gun). So that is the major difference, Recoil.

Ok... Has any user on this forum bought the undoubtedly overhyped iPhone? If yes , could you share your user experience?
The problem is I can't buy one even if I want too. Apple has always been myopic. Well, most companies are. I still feel that launches should occur worldwide at the sametime when the product is being hyped worldwide. But that is not the question, is it? iDay has come and gone. iPhones still remain on Apple and AT&T stores. So were the sales as good as predicted? Was Apple just too well prepared to deal with the initial rush? Or was it a disappointment? Reading from the reviews which were mostly positive, I think iPhone is a pretty good success. Maybe just for the US. Reviews have been telling me that its 2 megapixel camera is one good reason to buy it.... Wait a minute.. 2 megapixel was the standard last year.. This year it is a fossil. Pretty much every cam phone that is released these days has that. The cam has no other options.You just cannot adjust it. No brightness control. No color balance. No nightmode.

Onto the browser. Held by many as the killer app, Apple boasts that this shows web pages as webpages not a toned down version. But guess what.... there is no flash... What? A webpage without flash? Thats pretty much what you get with a 'toned down version' of the internet.

The killer app may actually be something else... The visual voicemail. Thats the feature iPhone has that other phones don't have... Well other than the multitouch screen, accelerometer,proximity sensor (Matrix, anyone) iPod with coverflow and as of now Youtube. The voicemail shows you how many messages you have instead of you hearing it.

All in all iPhone fans wont be disappointed and iPhone critics wont be disappointed either. Either way it works. Now I am waiting for iPhone 2.0.. Well that one would definitely have flash support, 3G, a videocam, a normal headset , and wont have the unnecessary AT & T baggage. That is an iPhone I would wanna buy.
But unlike me, there must be someone here who has bought an iPhone. Please share your experiences here.

Thats extremely true, the iPhone is overrated and I personally do not know why people would want to buy it. Without Flash internet browser is junk. You could just go on the web off a PSP. The visual voicemail is just some weird tactic to get people to pay more. It probably made the price go up about 20 bucks? Or maybe like $70. I mean its just a phone. Its a big waste of money and i would be unwilling to pay another few bucks for the 2.0

This game is amazing! The graphics just make me shun in fear. The gameplay is also extremely realistic. I love this game just as you do. Its not like counterstrike, where you die in 5 shots. In this game you die in two. Its all about finding a hiding spot! Watch out guys I'm coming to kill you guys!

Hi, i just graduated from the seventh grade, and at my last physical, i was 5'6 tall. Is this normal? My dad is abot 6' and my mom is somewher around 5'8. im almost the youngest person, but almost the tallest in my class. i hate being taller than all the guys because it is almost impossible to get a date. (but luckily i have one. I'm so lucky!!!)
