I Am Losing Weight?

3 months ago my bmi was 21.5 but now i have bmi 28 only.before 2 months I lost 6kg due to sickness.but after that i cant gain weight but loosign it.Now i am i college holidays.i am sleeping day fully and use to do work on system in nights.does it cause any trouble?
