Yes it does seem that Gravity cant sue you for use of eAthena. But they can sue you for accepting donations for the server, just look at what happened to Lineage 2 extreme. Tips like: stay relatively small and don't use a donation system can help a lot.

I get this error when i try and log in for the seccond time, the first time it always works.
