I don't have any skills that would help you, but if you ever complete it I can test it for you. =D

Could you some me the sources you go this information from? Without sources it's only reliable as gossip.

If someone actually discovered this on their own, I'd feel sorry for them. Regardless, it's a pretty cool trick. I sat here reading it, "There's now way that works." So naturally I tried it. Haha I bet ninety percent of the people who read this will try it. matak, Wikipedia isn't that reliable. Even if someone trusted that source it's irrelevent, Minesweeper has no plot.

Recently I went to Gamespot.com and downloaded the demo for Capcom's Lost Planet. I was really impressed with just about everything about it. The game is so beautiful that my computer can barely run it on the lowest settings and my computer isn't a piece of crap either. Another great thing about it is the intensity of the action. There's a good little part where you're fighting three monsters that are at least five times bigger than you and their body is very armored. They'll fold into a ball and roll really fast at you. If you haven't played this game yet I highly suggest it... if your computer can handle it. ^^'

WTF? Are you asking about the best car game or the best action game? You should try being more consistent with your topics. Now to get on topic. I'll be going with the best action game choice because that's what this sub-forum is for. I believe the best action game is God of War II. The battles are epic and beautifully gory. The death scenes are amazing. I love how Kratos goes about killing the last sister of the fate. =D

This seems pretty awesome. I like the way it numbers each line. ^^' I already use notepad a lot, so having an improved version of it is good in my book. =D

Well... now they're about the same price. You can get a decent computer for about 400-500 USD. Last I checked a PS3 around 500 USD. Unless you are absolutely hard pressed to get the best computer possibly the average price for a computer and a gaming console are in the same range.

Yeah, I heard about this movie. I didn't think the actor portraying L was that bad off of L. Just out of curiosity, do you happen to know whether it is a movie portraying the actual story, or is it just based on the characters and universe, much like the Spider-man or X-Men movies?

In all the Legend of Zelda games I've played I haven't seen anything that would imply that they had a relationship or feelings. So I don't think anything is going on with Zelda and Link. Anyone who thinks that something is going on probably just wants something to happen.

I myself am not incredibly into driving games, but when I do play I'm very picky. The best driving game in my opinion is Need for Speed: Most Wanted. This game gives me things I loved about the underground series plus the cop chasing from hot pursuit. The second best game is the entire Burnout series. I mean, what's not bad about cars going at incredible speeds and having incredible wrecks. There's also the fact that there's a mode of play where you are supposed to crash. That brings back some fun times.

It is very, very addiciting. I have two of the PC ripoffs. Frets on Fire is one, I actually play this one. The only bad thing about this game is the fact that the hit detection is really bad on fast songs. I also have Guitar Zero, which works and feels way better. The only reason I'm using it to test out songs that make for the game. The only reason I don't play Guitar Zero regularly is because it doesn't keep score. Anywho, I've played both and advanced pretty far. On the first Guitar Hero I was two songs away from beating it on expert. The hammer-ons and pull-offs are very difficult for me on there and I could never quite grasped them. To put it simply most expert solos own me on the first game. On Guitar Hero II, I was 5 or 6 songs from five staring all of the hard songs and I was only on like fifth set of songs I think, but I had to give back the game to my friend. Luckily I have to PC ripoffs of the games, it's good that they're smart and don't charge you for the program. Otherwise someone would be getting sued.

Best Plot Twist Post the best in-game plot twists youve encountered
Mago replied to DeM0nFiRe's topic in Computer Gaming
Crap! I saw you're topic title and I was totally going to use that one, but I can still think of a good one... make that two in one. In the game Metal Gear Solid you see the DARPA cheif and the president of Armstech die. Both of them told you that they gave away the code that gave your enemy the ability to launch a nuclear weapon. The only way the enemy can launch a nuke is with those passwords or the card keys. After that Meryl gives you one of the card keys. You go to the end of the game not collecting another card. At the end you learn that the one card is three keys in one. The shape of the card changes depending on tempurature. Once you figure that out, you insert all of the card keys and find out that the enemy didn't get the passwords. The DARPA chief was actually someone in disguise and he lied to you about the password so you would eventually get to the end and put in the card keys. They needed you to do this because Ocelot accidentally killed him. So you basically hand them nuclear capabilities on a silver plater. Here's another twist, Ocelot actually killed the DARPA chief on purpose because he discovered that Ocelot was with the Patriots. How's that for some twists? ^^' -
World of Warcraft would be my favorite. It gives you so much to do, and every class has a different playing style. My personal favorite class is Rogue, I think I had a level 15 one before my subscription ended, but the invisibility is so fun. I love coming up behind someone and taking a lot of their health with a skill. All the professions are great too. With leatherworking and skinning as my professions I never have to buy armor.

Well, I haven't seen this behavior, but I sure can understand it. A heard a lot of people saying that athiest worship the devil. So that can't be too good for them. Athiests can also be easily harassed too. I once read an article that an athiest was expelled from school because he was questioning someone beliefs in lepurchans of all things.

Well, if this concerns wireless networking. I'd say stay with wired networking. It's faster which is good if you're a gamer like me, and it seems to mess up less. There were many times when with a wireless router that I couldn't access the internet for hours at a time. If it concerns actually having wireless internet where you connect via satellite and all that jazz. I have no idea. =P

Well I thought that basically Terminator 3 was just laying down the story that leads up to Terminator 4. That's what I was thinking. I've heard nothing that would really indicate that they will try to pull a "Star Wars", but then again I don't really read up on movies that much. I'm a more read when it comes to video games. ^^'

Desktops are the best. You don't have to keeps you arms together all the time with a desktop because it doesn't have an integrated mouse right under your keyboard. Also the mouse itself on a laptop is bad. It is far easier to control anything on a desktop mouse. One final argument for desktops, they are far easier to upgrade. For a laptop, unless you're really good with a computers you'd have to take your laptop to a store and get it upgraded. Really with enough determination any idiot can upgrade the hardware in their computer. Especially with how they're building desktop cases these day makes it even simpler. I'd have to say this is my biggest problem with a laptop. By the way, I own a desktop. ^^'

I've played and beat both God of Wars and I have to say they are among one of my favorites. Everything about this game is very involving and fun, whether it be fighting, puzzles, or the story line. The only bad thing is that I don't a PS2 of my own, so I can't try to beat it on God mode. ;.;

What's Your Favorite Game System - Console select one from each poll
Mago replied to ICE-XG's topic in Computer Gaming
The Wii is honestly my favorite. Why? The limitless possibilities for gameplay styles. Plus, I like several of the games that have came out for it. I got to take Super Paper Mario for a spin the other day and I love it. I was kind of disappointed that it didn't have turned based battles, but it still has merit and to be honest playing as Bowser was one of the coolest things ever. The Legend of Zelda is also a good game choice. The only problem I saw was that Red Steel had a problem with control and that worries me that all FPSs will be that difficult to control. I'm not a big fan of FPS, but I do enjoy them from time to time. -
Hello everyone, a friend just showed me to this site and it seems pretty cool, so I'll probably be sticking around. So now about me. I'm an avid lover of anime and manga. I've been reading Naruto and watching Death Note right now. I've already seen a good portion of Naruto already, but I decided to read the manga when I heard about "Kakashi Gaiden", Kakashi is my favorite character and I simply couldn't miss that (for some odd reason they didn't put this in the Naruto anime). Death Note is very interesting, I suggest you pick it up sometime. I'm also one for MMOs. For some odd reason, I've been in the mood to play Runescape all of them sudden. Very good game, but some say it's bad because it doesn't have high graphics and it's main gameplay isn't combat. I've also recently play a game that's in closed beta called Kwonho, it's is alright... they have a slight problem with lag right now, but it's only been out for two days, so I'm still giving it a chance. I'm really into drawing and game development. I'd really like to do one of those for a living. I think that's enough for now. ^^' Hello again everyone.
