I have used shoutcast with winamp..It is not legal to play any mp3's at all..you must purchase the license first, which is way to expensive.. But its true lots of people do not have it, but if you have no luck and you get caught, may god be with you and hope your rich lol. anyways, most small radio stations don't have licenses, they only go after the big stations that get a lot of listeners.. but ure taking a risk though... *** but you can play music from unsigned artists, don't need a license for that, you can have talk shows anything, u can't broadcast any type of sport events, like NBA,MLB,NFL, etc... games.. you can if u buy license... and you can't really have a lot of listeners unless you purchase a server, which are expensive i think, thats the reason i got off of it... unless you can get a sponsor than ure good. but if u really wanna do everything legally, be ready to empty ure pockets, other than that, its great to use it . good luck

hey i have this request and if somebody can make it that would be awesome.. can somebody give it a try? this is want i want on it ... Background: some kind war theme, burning sites or w/e Pictures: picture one: i want this picture to be cut out, i just want that part where it says Kosovo, the white part, and all text erased, than just blend the map or any effect taht will fit on the sig.. Picture 2: ok this is the scope, so you can cut it out or make one if its easier. Picture 3: ok i just want the eagle part, and i want this to be under the scope and the last picture, i want it to be any Soldier, no specifics.. Colors: Any Text: Albanian-UW- cans omebody give it a try plz? Thnx

well i havent worked with ps in awhile, was busy with school but now im back at it .. i just made a simple sig here to get it going.. text is no good on this one.

anyone know where you can get a mp3 player to put on the site? where you can upload your own music and choose a song to play it? it can be any language, so if you know any, giev me the link. Notice from BuffaloHELP: Made topic descriptive.

why should i spread out the light? i don't want the light to be on the background, i want it ont he render so it sticks out.. and even if it was apread out i don't think that owuld have looked better, it would have jsut made it worse.
