Many people still have errors of mysql or their pages are still down (including mine) so of course Opaque has to do all he can to bring them back and finish the problems restoring all to normal as before. You sure don't have problems or you wouldn't be blaming about the reversing. Give us and to Opaque a little more comprehension please, it's a little weird to listen blames about interface aspect when others blame their pages or databases just don't work.

As you told us I'm posting here to remember that my problem described at this post: has not been resolved yet and more than 2 days passed since I sent the email to the support@xisto.com as you described. Thanks for the attention...

I have the same problem as described above, my file manager in cpanel shows the following error message: [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] and the trash panel shows this message: Unable to change directory to /home/blackrab/.trash! You do not seem to have access permissions! (System Error: Permission denied) However I can see my site so I know it's there but I'm only unable to see its content on file manager. Through FTP I have the same result no files or folders show under the root "/" folder but if I type the path like "/www/home" or "/www/" to the folders under the root I'm able to see their content. I'm also having problems with mysql, it shows the following message when I try to open my "/home/index.php" file which is my main page: Consulta: SELECT * FROM phpraid_profile WHERE profile_id='-1' Detalhes: Table 'blackrab_forum.phpraid_profile' doesn't exist I don't know why mysql is serching for "blackrab_forum.phpraid_profile" when my script only searches for "phpraid_profile", obviously the first don't exist, I already tried to look at my script if there is any error, but it works fine on other servers. The table where the data is, is called "phpraid_profile" and is in the "blackrab_phpraid" database, there are another database called "blackrab_forum", but that is not searched by this page of script or any include there. You do have 99 mysql databases, at least for me at the moment 4 are being used, never tried to use 99 of them but an admin can answer you better than me...

Kind of funny thing is happening since yesterday...Now I'm able to see my pages although with some mysql errors, but surprise surprise cpanel tells me there are no files in my account, so how webpages are visible, well don't know...In fact my ftp is now working too, but when I log in no file appears, however if I type the correct path for the folders I know that make part of the structure, I'm able to see their content even though they don't appear at the root folder of my account, weird huh.!.Still waiting for the resolution of this issue. You can count with my moral support working on it's resolution.

Please Opaque we need an answer here. What's happening? Are you doing anything to fix it???Just say something... and don't say final touches are given...Edit: Ok, I'm going to calm down! Won't open my mouth again until the problem is solved!

If you have read the posts by the administrators you would know that a script to verify the amount of credits that each member has is run every hour, so if you have 4.x credits and by the time the script runs you are below 4 credits your account will not be activated.So you have to reach an amount of credits and make sure it stands above 4 at least for an hour so you are sure that by the time the script runs your number of credits is at least 4.01!Read the information before you complain and blame Xisto for the low reputation of your sites...

What is going on is that your license of Windows Vista, whichever version it is, was not activated when you bought the computer so you had 30 days to activate it, after that period Windows Vista just stop booting and everytime you turn on the pc you will be asked for the key to activate it. If your copy is legal, and you can check that with the documents delivered to you by the salesman, you should make a phonecall to the number inscribed in the Windows documentation and ask to activate that key, after that you will be supplied (at the exact same phonecall) with that second key which is the activation key. After you fill that key and press activate you should be able to enter Windows and everything should be working properly and your dad's documents should be there too.So after all it is just a matter of activating the software license, which should have been done before the 30 days limit expired or by the store's staff before the deliver of the computer to your dad.I hope this will help...

I already read that announcement, I mentioned on my post that it should have taken 8 hours at most exactly because I read that announcement and what OpaQue said, but it has passed now 24 hours and my page is still down. No one was complaining about being unable to access the cpanel, in my case and I think is common to others, the case is just the fact that the account is empty of all data, which means that the account is recognised by the server but all the details about the account are missing, such as the databases, the files that compose the webpages, the email accounts and all the mails. With all this said I know I have to be patient because it seems at least some of the accounts information haven't been copied to the new hard drive and I hope that someone is taking care of that. What I intended with this topic was to get an answer about when it should be ready since the first time announced have already passed, I don't think that would be too much to ask, but I guess Opaque (if he is the one that should answer) is too busy at the moment. But don't worry, I'm not mad, just ansious! GOOD NEWS - Databases are there already. Only webpage files missing now! Still patiently waiting... OK, patience is running out!!! 2 Full days without an answer or any notice and the only thing Opaque says is that the final touches to the server were given??? Only databases and no files, ftp access, phpmyadmin, webmail accounts or their content. WHAT THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?????? Last Edit and Answer to BuffaloHELP: Ok BuffaloHELP, point made. I don't think I used unapropriate language. Since Xisto provides a hosting service and I have no hosted files at the moment I don't need a hosting service that meet my needs, I just need a hosting service! I'm not blaming no one for the problems I'm experiencing or even complaining. I'm just complaining about the LACK OF ANSWERS! Since you could make an complete 12 lines post without telling me anything new!

Well I guess an administrator answer is needed for this topic, it seems there are enough people having the same problem, please at least say something...

Well that was my idea in the first place, just a simbolic amount of credits enough to make people have a link on their site, and even then don't stop the forums. I don't mind putting a link on my site even without a reward, in fact, I'm very pleased with Xisto's services, so I'm even pleased to do that, what I meant was that I know the majority of members don't do that, and by doing it we are protecting and helping maintaining this hosting service, so I would be happy that everybody has it, and that way I was protecting my page also.

My page is now down for more than 18 hours when OpaQue was saying the replacement process would take 8 hours at most.Can anyone tell me what's happening? I can access the server and I see it running but my files, databases, email accounts are all gone, and I can't connect through ftp. I would be pleased with an answer...
