  1. And may I add Music that don't ever do that on any ad network - not just Google. Click fraud is such a big problem today that almost all, big and small, ad networks have click-fraud detection systems installed ready to track and punish all erring and abusive publishers.
  2. Hello craglloIam new here and also a new webmaster myself. I have a brand new 2-week old membership site that has about 1000 pageviews per day at the moment. The site also has 108 members as of today and growing at a rate of 5-10 per day. I don't have ads in place yet but I do plan to monetize the traffic in the future. What's your per day avarage earning with AdBrite? Is it better money-wise than AdSense? Iam tempted to put in CPM (pay per impression) banners at this early stage but so far Iam disciplined enough to hold back until I get more members and more traffic flowing.
  3. Hello adriantc,Very few people ever earn from these GPT (get paid to) programs - and most of them are the programs owners themselves. They are mostly structured in such a way that they will pay you very little (say 1c-5c per email/click) and they will send you very few of these emails in any given given week (a few a week). If you read their usual fine print, the only way to speed up your earning is to refer more friends to the program (you know, build downlines like in MLM), so you have to really work hard to get a few bucks. Also, be wary of the fact that most of these programs have an upgrade policy - meaning you need to pay for an upgrade to paying member status before you get qualified for a check. There are some programs that really keep their promises and do pay. But finding an honest one amidst all the scams is tough job. Good luck on your hunt, you will be needing it.
  4. As far as text content goes, there is a free service available that monitors the web for websites who may have copied and published the original content on your website. Here is the link: http://www.copyscape.com/ After you register with them and after they spider your site, they will regularly scour the web for possible duplicate content and report it to you. I haven't tried them personally but from what Iam hearing, they are good. Try them out - nothing to lose because the service is free. As for images, I don't think you can protect them anymore than the usual methods employed, you know digital signing, imposing your copyright/site URL on the images themselves.
