  1. I have a '90 nissan maxima. Window in the back right won't go down, radio fried, but the trunk is fixed :). I fried the car awhile ago, so yea. It looks nice though and runs like a champ. It's got some sort of 3-tier pearl paint or somthing, but it's so expensive my car is totaled because the hood is dented, so I just won't fix the hood. It's been in my family since we got it 17 years ago, pretty cool history, but that's about it for my car.

  2. I can't believe there $250 that is so cheap it is worth every penny and i look forward to playing mario party 8, we just recently got mario party on ds so i imagine on wii would be alot better.

Having a DS and a Wii is even better. They are currently working on getting more connectivity between DS and wii and they are working on getting downloadable demos through your wii for your DS, so you will have a blast connecting your DS and wii together in the near future as well. I heard you can even use the DS as a controller for the new pokemon game too. So you will definitly have a blast with your new system.

  3. I'm not sure about converting that harddrive into an external harddrive, you would likely need a custom case for it; however, you could get an external harddrive (one the size of your current one of course) and copy everything onto the external harddrive. I know with my 160 GB USB 2.0 external harddrive I can get a transfer rate of about 1 gig per minute (not sure the accual transfer rate, but that's about what i got, transfered 6 gigs in about 6-8 minutes); however, if you get one that doesn't require an extra power cable for it, it will use your battery faster, so be careful if your battery won't last long enough. I hope this helps.

  4. You can also use that method for running applications and stuff, such as command prompt and stuff. There is another easier way to do this though. You can open "my computer" or any other folder like my documents or something. and in the white bar where it tells you where you are (it should say address) you can type in the URL to any website there and you windows explorer just changed to internet explorer. One of Microsoft's many ways to keep it's products on you PC when you don't want them. This method is great to use if you uninstalled Internet explorer and went for firefox, but then needed to go to a microsoft only webpage where you must have IE in order to go to it.The reason this works is because Microsoft built Internet explorer 6.0 or 5.0 (not sure which) into the operating system and you can't remove it. So when you use windows explorer and go to a web page instead of a file it will automatically switch to internet explorer.Hope you have fun with you new tips :).

  5. It loads find for me, all the pages loaded fast and easy. I even refreshed a few times. It may be an ISP issue. You may want to try clearing your cache. It may also be a packet drop problem, I've had those before. To check, open up command prompt and type "ping yahoo.com -t" without the quotes. After awhile press ctrl+c and check the percentage of dropped packets and the average latency. If anything seems abnormal (such as a 2% > packet loss or 200 > latency [except on satelite internet]) then call your ISP.Good luck with this.

  6. I say it's definitly worth buying one. I have one myself and love it. I can't wait for some of the new games to come out either. So I would definitly suggest it, the only problem is getting one, I'm afraid they'll probably be sold out for another few months, so go to the stores when they open (not gamestop though, the wiis there are all bookes) and pray that they are still there.

  7. Well, that doesn't sound good. Yea, I did use the back arrow, now I only have 3 restore points apparently, from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. I'm running SP2 as well. I couldn't imagine, but would it have somthing to do with the fact my laptop was off for about 6 days before the new year?P.S. to rvalkass, I actually hadn't tried that and just tried it, there are no restore points from last year, but it did let me go to December, so I'm guessing I've completely lost my restore points.. That's not good, I really needed that program.

  8. Alright, I was being the smart kid that I am (sarcasm) and decided to screw with my registry for new years. (Well, actually I was just checking out a key for a program I have). I ended up deleting the key for my program in my registry and I don't have the key because it was a give away of the day. So I wanted to try and system restore to restore my registry (at least I believe it does that); however, when I went into system restore, the only restore points were the ones from January 2008. It would not let me go back into the year 2007. I know system restore saves about 2-4 points a week on my system and I have about 2 gigabytes reserved so it should not have deleted any of the old ones. What I'm hoping for is that the restore points are still there and there is just another way to get there. Does anybody have any ideas?

  9. In a normal gasoline powered vehicle you cannot use water in your gasoline because water is not flammable and could rust your engine; however, there are prototype cars out there that use hydrogen as power and this creates a water waste (as in the car releases water when it's done with the hydrogen). I hope this helps, perhaps your friend was talking about one of those hydrogen cars, because like I said, a normal gas powered vehicle can't use water.

  10. These are great tips, I already use them, but I know many people who don't and then complain about lack of battery. Another great tip is not to start charging your battery until the batter is dead or almost dead, this will keep the battery reliable for longer periods of time. When you charge the batter from 50% many times then the lifespan of the battery is shortened alot quicker and you won't be able to use the battery as much.

  11. I never downloaded the client, mainly because I use trillian which can IM msn, AIM, and yahoo and non of my friends have gmail. I do like how they recently added support for yahoo i think it was. I hope they'll add support for msn and AIM too. I also love how you can chat while you are checking your mail using your internet browser. You can even pop out the window for a small and simple chat window that uses just about nothing from your computer :).

  12. Happy belated Christmas! Yea, i'm a little late, first day I've been home for a week or two now. Planning on going riding for the next 7 days too :) better get my credits up. Well, anyways, I was extremely happy with all of my presents. I got a new bible which I've been wanting since my old one is older than me. I got some cool stuff from thinkgeek.com and I got guitar hero 3. I also got a nice warm 0 degree (fereignheit) sleeping bag to keep me warm when we go camping. I got to go see my grandparents too, that was nice. Other than that all was pretty normal. We didn't do many lights this year, we did put up our tree. Well, anyways, I hope everyone has a happy new year and be safe! Especially at the dunes, be careful coming over the lips.

  13. I think the software industry is so cramped as it is, you would have to revolutionize something to get your name out there, otherwise you would need a great franchise otherwise you won't have customers coming back. What I plan to do is just make software as a hobby and make small money off of that, I think it'd be too hard for me to start up a company, but if you're planning on it, I wish you the best of luck.Oh. and watch out for Microsoft.

  14. Out of those three I would have to say the xbox 360. The PS3 is all about the graphics and really doesn't have very good gameplay in it; however, it does make a decent entertainment set I suppose because it can play blueray. The PSP is really too small to do anything great with it. You can usually only play single player games and that gets old quickly, but you can watch movies on it, but I would say just get an Ipod for that. The xbox 360 has many more features. It is basically a giant media center with the capability to play high-end games. You can link it to your computer and stream movies and music from there or you could just put them onto the xbox. The xbox 360 also has some great games such as Halo3 and the orange box. I like the interface for the main menu too. There are obviously some major downfalls to it too, but that'll just lead me to ranting on microsoft so I'll stop here.

  15. I've updated my site now, it no longer looks horrible :P. It wasn't so much that I didn't put much time into, but rather I'm a horrible web designer. My site now was actually a free site I found online; however, I coded much of the behind the scenes stuff so that the actual information (the stuff that changes often) is extremely easy to change. The link is below so you don't have to go find my other post.

The game is a quidditch game (from the Harry Potter series). You can play with up to 13 other people (14 total). This allows a full quidditch experience not found in any other quidditch game. If you have any other questions about the game feel free to hit me up in the contact section of my website.
