Hello all, I am a beginner to eBay, an eBay virgin if you will. I'm looking to sell a few things like my old Xbox, some sports and pokemon cards, and stuff like that. My biggest concern is the actual sending of the item. What mail services do you guys and gals find to be the best way? I was thinking of just going through the USPS, but I wanted to get a few opinions first. Also, concerning the USPS, I heard that you can order boxes from them. Does it cost anything, or do you just ask them to deliver some?P.S. Anyone wanna buy my Xbox? Lol, I'm just kidding.

You could use it in your sleep if your running torrents or some other download or something. Or if you are running a website or ftp site locally on your box.

Shoot A Pic, Focus Later new technology for digital cameras

That would relieve so much tension around my parents' house, cause they always get pictures out of focus. lol -
Braingate Technology to help quadriplegic persons
korin replied to Argoth's topic in Science and Technology
This technology has its potential to be a great advancement, but just think about it being in the wrong hands. If there were an army of these cyborg-like people, it wouldn't be good. I guess you could EMP them but still, that would besically be your only real defense against them. On another note, I'm a pretty fat guy, so having the ability to run like 60 mph down the road would be killer. -
I leave my computer on for a few days at a time, but I always give it a breather. The only thing I'd worry about my computer is with dust. I have a laptop and after a while it does need a good fan cleaning. I just shut it off, go get the shop-vac, set it to blow, and blow out the fans a little. I did the same for my desktop, although that machine isn't the best designed air system. I clean that out like every two months or so cuz it attracts so much.

It's good to see people that don't ask for a link to go pirate the software. The developers, well most of them, work hard on their projects, so they deserve to have their software paid for.

The last time I got a BSOD would be during a lan party back up north with some friends. Actually, it was the first BSOD that my computer experienced. It happened during CS:S right after I popped a HS on the guy next to me. He laughed and said it was punishment for being an a-hole. *I was the one guy who keep getting him.* And about an hour later, he got the BSOD when he was pron surfing. Serves him right I say.

Yeah, when it comes to graphics cards, I never buy the dumbed-down version. I always get the best of the best whenever I can.

I'm not really that old so my first pc was a AMD Athlon64 2800+, Radeon 9600 XT, 512Mb RAM, 24-bit SoundBlaster Live, Windows XP and whatever Ubuntu there was at the time.

thank you guys for your input. I did know about the SLI multi-monitor thing though. I want to get SLI if I could. And want a mobo with extreme OC-ing abilities. I've gotten in OC-ing about a few month's ago and I love it. I'm trying to get the perfect OC-ing/gaming rig, lol, if those don't go hand-in-hand already. I've always used a mid-tower sized case, but for my next rig, i think i'm gonna need a full-size tower. Hoping to get a water-cooling system for the cpu and vid cards. I want seperate systems for them each to increase cooling efficiency.

Has anyone got their hands on one of these? I've always been an ATI guy, but this card makes me want to switch. I'm looking to build a new high-end gaming rig and wanted to get some opinions on the card. I also heard that ATI's Crossfire ain't as good as it could be. I believe the 8800 is the only DX10 card as of now also, so should I wait for more DX10 cards to come out, or sport for the 8800 now?
