When I creat the site page.1. Writting the rectangle those width is 24~32cm hight is 18~24cm on the paper.2. Writting the border line in the rectangle.3. Writting the Comments and text ext.. 4. If you deside your site design rough, You start WEB SITE PAGE by notepad with HTML. It is very easy.5. witting the Table (<table width=800 hight=600 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0>)6.
