1. Heres a method for "pseudostreaming" which btw really is streaming as the mp3s can play while they are being down loadedplace the a list of tracks in a plain text file and name it "mytracks.mpu"egtrack1.mp3track2.mp3track3.mp3track4.mp3track5.mp3track6.mp3track7.mp3and place a link to it in your web pagelisten to my new albumthis assumes that your mp3s, the mpu file and the web page are all in the same directory. When the user clicks on the link, a media player will open the file and play it.with any luck the mime type will have already been set up for you If not you may be able to create/edit an .htaccess file in the same directory so that it includes the following line:AddType audio/x-mpegurl m3pHTH

2. I believe that most health issues are partly related to diet. I have found that I smell a lot better now that I have adopted a vegan diet. I experimented with using coconut oil in my food and dramatically reducing the amount of poly-unsaturates in my diet, this has reduced my body odor still further. Also whatever I eat will come out through the pores of my skin to some degree. Garlic is the most obvious example of this phenomenon. I can generally tell if a person eats a lot of meat by the way that they smell. (yuk)

3. Personally I do not like the idea of organic food because, while I understand that those of you who buy it think it is better, what do you really gain from it?
The knowledge that maybe it is healthier than the stuff from say Safeway or Albertsons? Or the knowledge that maybe you just might live longer than some of us who don't? But what if you don't?

Organic food is often better if it is very fresh. To me, it depends on the food. Root vegetables especially are much better when organic as once pesticides get into the tap root there is no way of getting it back out. Also the vitamin content is often higher. Stale food is not nearly as effective as fresh, so certain frozen foods are actually better than there "fresh" counterparts.

4. I chose indian from the list but really I like all types of food. I'm from england where indian, chinese and meditaranian (mostly greek or turkish) are all very popular. Thai food is also quite popular. One of my favorites is falafel (deep fried highly spiced spherical chickpea patties ) served with pita bread, some gorgeous salad and a fine helping of houmous.

5. Ok, this is just a kind of out of the blue question, but
Does anyone BUT ME actually enjoy the feeling of a nice deep but slow breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth of fresh air??

because apparently out of all the people i know, i am the only one who finds that calming.....
so im just curious, does anyone else here feel the same way? please say yes im begging you! lol

I find deep slow breathing enormously benificial. My favorate way to relax is to play the didgeridoo for at least 20 minutes. I have found that learning to play the didgeridoo has the following benefits:
Teaches one breath properly
Strengthens the respiratory system
Helps imensly with snoring
Increases the amount of oxygen in the blood stream (good for mental clarity)
Gives a sense of well being
Helps with insomnia

You can ask any didge player and they will tell you that it playing the didgeridoo makes them feel good. There are also benefits which go way beyond the scope of this post. Other wind instruments also help in similar ways but perhaps to a lesser degree. Any thoughts or experiences on this anyone?
