It seems to me that there's already a ton of IM clients floating around, why would it benefit google to add another unless they could overtake a substancial (sp?) portion of the market.

Most of the suggestions here were good, I agreed with Cagglo's comment, it's probably not as hard as you think. Just got to go out there and do it.

Though I like to do my own websites, since it helps me learn new things, I have to agree with bjrn, at least at first, if you're doing a website for a business let someone who has experience do it. *wishes I could plug myself for the job*
