I think everyone should check out this site. http://gamblingdomains.com/ It's like playing a lotto kinda game, only you can actually win. I started playing this last night and I've already won over 3,000 points. Basically, once you have 25,000 points, they can be redeemed for giftcards that are good at Wal Mart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Bath and Body Works, Game Stop, and a few more. I havent heard any negative comments. They have weekly contests that you could win $25. How does it work? Well, several companies have paid netwinner to show their commercials, and so there is a constant commercial play going on the right side of the screen. It's barely noticable to me though because I just turn my sound off. They do have a referral program that earns you points as well, but its not that many in the grand scheme of things. My referral id on there is the same as my id on here, I'm not beggin for a referral though, it's not that big of a deal with me, however if you like, feel free to use me. I won't complain haha. So basically, its not quite cash, but it is completely legit, it's easy, it's free. Trust me, I wouldnt do it unless it was legit, easy, or free. Check it out!

The only use I can really see myself using a Google spreadsheet thats pretty much web-based, is if i was gonna take my laptop on a business trip and if the other people that were gonna be at the meeting were going to have loads of data to put into it, being able to share the edits on it is great, and if the office doesn't have a network set up between the computers, then I can see it being a major plus. Another major plus is the pleasure of not having to use any space on the computer for large files or having to worry about what all programs you have running at the same time because on my laptop, its about all it can do to run excel and thats without running much of anything else with it. I guess it just depends on the users needs basically..

I tried that, the settings that were on here already that were supposed to be changed to true were already true.. I havent done a lot of browsing since so i have no clue if its gonna be going any faster or not, i've got a t3 connection so i dont think i have a big problem with it to start with though.. hmm we'll see

I personally think Firefox is better. Although I've only used IE and Opera besides Firefox, I love it the most because it is very customizable AND it protects you WAY better from getting viruses and other harmful things than IE. You can also add plugins to make your browsing experience more enjoyable. I like to use the Stumble Upon on Firefox. Anyone that's ever stumbled knows why ehehe.. Anyways, I think that it doesn't really matter in the long run what people think is a better browser because everyone is different as well as their browsing prefrences. Since this is the case, I think anyone that is creating a website to be viewable by the public, they need to take whatever steps necessary to make it compatible with ALL viewers instead of a select few.

actually, i think there are talks of having something like that worked out either on cable or the dish, im not sure though. i was just thinking about that the other day actually. i think i would have to pick, sci-fi, hgtv, discovery, cartoon network, lifetime, the local channels, espn's (all of them), the music channels like mtv and mtv2.. and i think i would want a few movie channels and i'd be set im sure haha..

hahha.. that is so crazy about the name thing.. however, i think that your astrological sign looks more into a person than the first letter of a name.. lol.. although, i dont disagree with the meanings of mine and my husbands first letters.. I'm an A and he's a J. I think it works out haha..

a lot of the stuff you were saying, I have no ideas about.. I do like firefox though, it's all we use here at my house. it is SO much better than IE. You can even go to the firefox page and download skins and all kinds of plugins so its extremely customizable.. about photoshop 8, I havent used it, but I have a hard time with photoshop in general. The only photoshop that was fairly easy for me was photoshop elements.. my husband prefers the Gimp actually. he'd rather use gimp than photoshop anyday...I have no clue about php.. I never quite brought myself to getting into that. im pretty much strictly html, its all i know.. lol.. that is totally awful about your computer but im guessing its working again now? thats good. I need a new computer really bad... but anyways, im really new to this forum so I'm looking forward to talking to all kinds of people!!

That video was completely hilarious. My husband is the biggest nerd ever.. And he got all offended and walked out of the room. That just made it better for me.. Im not sure why everyone loves the parodies... but they get me every time.. I have a feeling that I'm going to be spending most of today watching weird al videos on you tube.. thanks a lot! lol..

Actually, my mother and I were just talking the other day about what we would do if we won the lottery. I know what I would have to do first and foremost.. get it put into either a BUNCH of bank accounts or offshore somewhere. The reason I figured I would have to put it in a bunch of bank accounts is most of these banks around here are only insured for up to $100,000.00 so if the bank got robbed or something, I wouldn't want to only get 100 grand back haha... After I have gotten all my accounts in order, I would then try and decide how much I wanted to give to my family. I know I'd at least pay my sister about 10 grand for what she owes on her car. And probably help her and her husband and little baby get into a house instead of an apartment. I would give my mom a bunch of money so that she can never have to work again. I would buy my little sister a car when she turns 16. Then, after I've helped everyone I want to help, I would then go house hunting. Or even build a house. But that means a lot of travel because I know for a fact I dont want to live in texas. So if we moved out of texas somewhere I'd probably have to relocate my husbands bandmates with us because he would probably hate me forever if we moved away from those guys. Then I would probably start a business like band rehearsal rooms or something.. I know a ton of bands just starting out that are in desperate need of somewhere other than their parents garage that isnt as expensive as some of the rooms in Dallas... Then I know I would go on a shopping spree and then if I didnt feel like doing my laundry I could just buy another outfit.. that would get old though.. I do know one thing though, NO MORE RAMEN NOODLES FOR ME!!!
