for me if you want you could put CSS but i think your site is good and with CSS it would be more organize(less typing )

When i started i was using notepad but as time progressed i advanced and advanced through diff. kinds of proj. for coding. For me the best is dreamweaver for its user friendlyness and so easy to use. It has the best interface i have seen and you can do many things with it
