Very nice tutorial beeseven. I liked how you thoroughly explained it since the CSS tutorials one WCSchools makes my head hurt with all the formatting. This one has hardly any format.

It's impossible to change a bmp file to an icon! You can only do that with the .gif extension with some kind of software(forgot name)!

To create a forum is easy but if you mean create forum software, I am speechless. But to create a forum, google "free forum software" and look for good ones like phpBB, SMF, PBB.
And upload them by following their guides. For uploading them, use FTP to make it quick. I recommend FileZilla.

This was very helpful to me too. I didn't know how you make wikis until right now.

Even if IE had these, I would consider FF since FF fixed many bugs in IE and FF is more secure, fast, and customizable. Also, because IE is made by Microsoft and their products are pretty much in the age of the dinosaurs.

Having 100MBPS Broadband and a private network, it probably won't work for me.Although this would've helped me when I only have 56KBPS Dial-up with Netzero.

Lol nice way to having a solution for beating up your laptop. Although since I hate most Linux OS's, I might actually try that now. *Goes off in search for a Lenovo laptop with Linux on Ebay...*
