  1. actually, there are ways for you to get rid of your anger or to achieve happiness. the first thing that you have to consider is your relationship with your family especially your parents.your family members are those who are really close to your life. the best way to do this is to spend more time with your family, share problems or try to make your parents happy by making jokes or anything....second is friendship. find more friends and be nice to them. do not see them as your enemies but as people who want to know you, people who want to share joys and love with you. in this case, it is good for you to always smile.third is by doing charity or community service. by this activity you will be happy as you help others to feel happy. try this. good luck!
