I consider myself a gamer and i am quite in shape. I dont eat healthy though. I might only be in shape because im a firefighter. Maybe if i have a different occupation and i was a gamer it might be a different story. I alsays had the idea in my head though the hardcore gamers are big fat surrounded by pizza boxed and bottles of pepsi or something like that. Steriotyping i know. Sorry guys or if i have just offended somebody by discribing their life im also sorry.

I have been taking requests from people on various sites for nearly a year now i think creating things such a ads banners sigs ect

I would say sigs and banners mostly, i seem to enjoy creating them more than other things anyway.

I can get a good few hours on each day.

Just depends on how many requests i get but work can limit me sometimes but not too often.

Most Of the work below is a mixture of old and new stuff. Just to show the range of thing i get up to. Most of them have been requseted to be the way they or or at least near enough.. You can also check the sites mentioned for other examples of work if you wish.

Well i do agree with the comments about sotw but i only believe it is due to people not entering. BuffaloHELP has done what any other mod/admin would have done. I mean sotw could have just been stopped when people stopped entering.
Anyway if any help is needed to get it up and running again im more than willing to help seen as im a keen gfx lover.

Also very well said. I mean im sure thats what Xisto was all about anyway. Expressing ones view and contributing to the forum as a whole. I agree compleatly. Rarther than people complaining we should all be coming up with ideas to improve it.
Also i feel that the reason most people are not entering is because recently most of the sigs been posted are by people either using GIMP or people new to Photoshop. If these people are not sure if they can win or not i am not sure. Also i believe all the GFX crew should be more involved then what i have seen recently.

I like it. Not sure of the glass look but i do love the M that you stamp your work with. Looks good. Im not sure about the render too. Maybe go for a bolder render and blend it well if you know what i mean. Good job bro. keep up the good work.

Hi guys. I know i have not been about much lately or posted any new sigs but seen as i was in the holiday spirit i decided to spend 5 mins on a sig to say merry christmas to all at t17.

i could list a load of reasons but to keep it simple and short. Looks like more time has gone into it. Still i was expecting to see better though

I agree with Bkag. You could try more of a glow and having the text without the 1px purple stroke. Then you might be able to get away with it being smaller text.You are right about it been your sig and your rules though. Some of my work has been done on that basis or just what people wanted.

Its good for GIMP. Get youyr hands on photoshop and you should come up with some good work. I would have to say that the render needs blending and that the colour of the render clashes with the backgroung. Try an overlay of some sort. IMO. Keep it up and like i said try to get your hands on photoshop.

i think that the only thing thats similar is the name football. Its like compairing golf with snowboarding. Same with rugby too. They have a compleatly different set of rules and is a very different game. A pointless argument in my opinion.

well im not the best at writing tuts but if you have msn i can sort something out. You could look at Sm posts because im sure he has some good tuts. just pm or mail me and ill get something sorted.

Not too bad. the res evil one is ok but could do with some render blending. Also i think the zelda one could look better with some colour. You could also do with adding some filters and effects to the text. Little things like this go along way and also dont be in a rush to get a piece finished. They are still basic however but very good work keep making stuff and keep learning new skills. If you need any pointers just PM me.

My vote goes for TF. Sorry but i know Samma has used that sig for a tut soi have seen it before and the other one has too much space and that makes it look a bit plain. Sorry guys. But well done to everybody nice work.

Not the best i have seen. Lighting is good but bg is very basic. If you are using photshop i suggest you work on your bgs a bit more to add something too it. Needs more depth.

Good but i dont like rating sigs that are done using gimp because they are way too basic. I have seen some people do some really detailed work though so try to do more.

I like your renders and the use of light. However im not sure about your bgs. The plain bgs go well here but i think they could be better. Especilly 2 its way to black and the top one just doesnt seem like there is much detail in BGs. They do look really nice though so well done.

I think they are nice. However i would try some more filters and try to improve on your bgs a bit. Most of the colouring in your work is basic too. some more blending on your renders would be good too. Also the text is good one the first one but other than that i would try to improve on your text too.

as said smaller size and maybe a border too. Also i feel the text seems a tad bit bright wjere you have the light bits that blend with the bg. Nice though

Yeah thats what i was going to use that space for. Just not sure on text yet. Do you think the current text is ok sharn?

Not quite finished with this yet just looking for your opinions. I was going to put a pic of the ring in overlay in bg. Also add more text that says either my name or LOTR.
