I dont think you are thinking of the true graphics, you are thinking of the early photo renders made on a computer to show what the grapics are like but from e3 expo when the ps3 TRUE graphics were shown everyone agrees the grapics are pritty much the same as the xboox 360, now im not saying the graphics in futre wont be better but the current grapics from the current games are no better than the xbox 360's Sorry but how can you rate the ps3 right now, i meen the gameplay may be horriable or the games catalogue may be tiny, it may be riddled with glitches i dont think you can rate it right now. one more thing the psp will only be useable for navigating menues but not for actually controlling gameplay.

I need bigger maps and multiplayer bots and more vehicles and a bigger arsenal of weapons would be nice. O and one more thing maybe a veriety of snipers.

I think overall the war will be between microsoft and nintendo, will people go for the cheaper option or the more advanced more expensive option, i think that the nintendo will be selling the most, closely followed by micrsoft then sony trailing behind, maybe at first release the playstation will have a fair amount of sales but when people actualy play it they will realise that the ps3 is as good if not worse than the xbox 360. I also suspect microsoft will get a boost in sales from the ps3 release, due to alot of people "waiting to see the rest" before deciding which console to purchase. I know alot of my friends are of this view, any way that is just my opinion.

Does anyone have any informaton on when it will be ready, they have been developing it for like 4 years its rediculous. The first game was awesome for an online rpg and im bored of waiting, how long can it take???

I completely agree, nthe blu ray format is just a gimmic like the power of the ps3, never will they use the full potential of either and with the high def format wars i think hddvd will easily be the better choice, blu-ray has no advantages except for extra storage but a hd format needs to hold hd footage which the hd dvd does do, a hd format doesnt need to have the capacity to hold 3 hd films. Hd dvd does what it says on the carton, it holds hd footage. So i think blu-ray will only be used for the ps3 and for a set of limited people who like the idea of having the best, even when it is not needed and blu-ray films will be special order of the net for $50 a pop.

I know that they are selling on ebay for three and four figure prices, and i didn't say they wouldent, but ill bet you every ps3 on there going for a ridiculous price will be going to a hard core gamer, no casual gamer, which is the majority of the market, would be paying that much.

Cyberreaper do you realy think that a gamer who only occasionaly goes on their console would realy pay $700 for a console when the 360 is $400, somehow i don't think so, you might pay for it but your average casual gamer would never pay that price and the majority of gamers are fairly casual so i think that the ps3 will not do even half as well as you are suggesting. Right now anyone who has pre ordered or like you are going to buy it on the first day are only speculating thtat it will live up to its "super console" reputation, in my opinion it will be no better or even worse than the xbox 360, right now the screen shots look the same quality as the xbox 360s and magazines are saying ithe games will be pritty much identcal because developers wont use the ps3s full power. Also have you noticed thay sony have been losing the exclusive titles perticuly grand theft auto which will be on the xbox 360 aswell, i think this tells you something about what the developers are thinking about, i think they think the ps3 alone wont be able to sell the volume of games needed to make it profitable so they are letting the 360 have the previousily exclusive titles. I think the price tag will drive away your avarage casual gamer who only plays mabe two hours per week, I think that in the end microsoft wont get halo out on the same day as the ps3 launch because it still isnt finished, the demo hasnt been released even though most demos are coming out months before their release eg. test drive.

Same thing excactely just happened to me, dell sent a new hard drive and i re installed windows and now everything is fine.

i think that the only thing better about the ps3 is the specs but who cares, one of the only thing that when the ps3 was annuonced that i knew that the gta series was hitting the ps3; however when microsoft announced that gta was going onto xbox 360 that was the last nail in the ps3s coffin. Unless once i try one out and it is amazingly good i will not be getting one. Also because the 360 is online they can match any software related features by just putting it in there bi annual update.

yeah i have it too one feature i like is the three-d shapes on word, it realy helped for my physics coursework, i have found some problems with it though, mainly in excel 2007 with creating charts, it locks up sometimes and the axis titles move and can be moved on an irrational axis. I also love on word 2007 being able to predifine titles, subtitles, headings etc. and then just having to press one button to access them

My friend got a good one for free (demo version) i think from download.com but it has some limitations i think it will onlly log a certain amount of strokes. But i do not recommend you even try to log this girls keys you would have a court case awaiting you.

That is a nice expansion 21 daysThe only things that i think could be improved is mading th titles of the forums a bit bigger "mycoke talk, downloads"etc. and making the whole thing a bit wider or even auto fit to the page, but i realy think you have done a great job.

I also have an xbox 360 and have had no problems, also i dont think you can criticize microsoft for bringing out a console and having a few which are faulty untill its competetors have brought out there new consoles and we have seen that there are no faulty units amongst their first few batches of consoles. Personaly i think you cant realy compare the nintendo wii to the xbox 360 or the ps3 because it is focusing on a completely different market and are using a different stratagy which has affected how they designed the console. They have designed a budget console which insted of the selling point being next gen graphics and outstanding specifications they have made a current gen console with a new system of controling the game. So their selling point is basicly, in my opinion, is that it is a budget console ideal for a casual gamer or someone who doesnt want to pay ?300+ for a console but still wants to upgrade from their ps2 or xbox. The second thing they are targeting on is the wii being an ideal second console for gamers, due to the low price tag and the new control system i think it is going to succeed prefusely in this catagory and i think it will be a sucessful console.On the hand of the xbox 360 and ps3 i think they can be compared, admittantly on paper the ps3 has the upper hand but from reading magazines it seems as though the ps3s game play isnt realy distinguishable from the xbox 360 game play. In my opinion the ps3 will be a flop. throughout the development of the console they have been fidgeting and changing and modifieng. cutting down the usb ports etc. But the most outrageous think i think is that the base model doesnt support online gaming, that is outrageous. i think it will sony handing the throne and crown ver to king microsoft and his queen nintendo.
