  1. FTP- File Transfer Protocol:-Used to transfer files from your computer to a web server-I use Core FTM (google it)Web hosting service- Some place that makes files available to anybody with access to the internet:- This website is a webhost (allows you to make a website)Bandwidth- The amount of content that is allowed to be sent to and from the webserver:-i.e. If you have a 5 megabyte file on your computer, then if two people viewd that file, you would have used up 10 megabytes of bandwidth (5 megabytes * 2 people=10 megabytes of bandwidth used)DNS- Dynamic Name Server:-The places where a domain goes to.-If I wanted to use whatever.com hosting for something.com, the dns servers would probably be ns1.whatever.com and ns2.whatever.com (You can have 3 DMS servers, but usually it's 2)If I confused you at all or you have any questions, just ask. ^.^
  2. I think life might be a conspiracy... I mean, how can atoms and molecules work together to form thought and motion. Maybe life and thought is a completely different dimension, and we jsut haven't realized it yet. Maybe thought is made in that dimension by things we can't imagine and then are sent from that dimension to our dimension. I suppose that makes sense...What do you guys think? (Sorry if I confused you. lol)
  3. I completely disagree. While I cannot say I am the top authority on the matter (PSP is the only PS I have), DS and PSP are very level in quality. They just both appeal to different audiences. DS to the younger people who like very... original things, and the PSP to a more mature audience that likes their games to look good.I couldn't choose between them, so I got both, and am very happy with that.
  4. I believe that all people should have tha chance to vote in everything. States argue about their representation as a state, but the states are representing the people. Why can't people represent theirselves? Are they unworthy? Adults who vote in elections sometimes don't even know anything. There should be a test about the information about the current election, and then anybody who passes (Just because some people are younger, doesn't mean they don't know anything) should be allowed to vote. And not just in elections either.
  5. Unfortunately, that could [probably] never happen.1) I don't believe that ANYTHING is 100% opaque (There are always small holes that can let light through).2) One way mirrors aren't all that one way. Only the side with the most light is a mirror, most likely, that would be outside, while inside, it would be almost as clear as glass.3) As many people have said, the light would eventually dissipate into heat.I love logic like that, though. It activates your prefrontal cortex (as Brain Age would say).
  6. That is a great idea, however, it is never going to happen within our lifetimes. On the other hand, though, many great things have through in the form of religion (i.e. Leonardo DaVinci). I myself, am not religious, because my parents are both different religions, and it was awkward for me to "choose" my religion. But, yeah. THat would be great for getting rid of descrimination and many other things associated with religion, but some things associated with religions are good. Maybe some modifications just need to be made to allow science and religion to work together.Final Note:It bothers me how laws are based around religion, too. I believe that if one religion believes something should or shuldn't be allowed, well, let them follow the belief. I don't see why they sould force it upon others, also.
