As a did a search with google I found this post. I am the owner of phpSkye. First of all: I do not know the guy who posted this thread. Second: No, It was not. Unfortunaitly phpSkye had a very long delay cause of a server crash.We are currently redoing phpSkye insecret. You are totally right. It was NOT a advanched forum back then. I actually admit that it was pretty crap. But while the downtime accured we started to do other projects. Which did not came without succes. The profit we are making right now is pretty nice. Enough to restart phpSkye, this time with money as a powerfull tool.
