1. Hmm...I've got a lot. Maybe cuz I'm not excellent at videogames so any accomplishment is awesome...But I got 23k on Square Bear Reversi yesterday...next highest was 10k =D Will be an even greater achievement when I eventually get a perfect score on that game...Also when I got the high score for this other tetris/collapse-version game on this site...and when I got everything on Lego Star Wars (ps2) without using invincibility (and yes, I know it's an easy game, but I really am got great at videogames).

  2. Peaches...I love peaches...Other than that, I love a lot of Indian and Middle Eastern food. There's this one drink, called douq I think, that's basically water, plain yogurt, diced cucumbers, and spices (salt, crushed mint, pepper, garlic powder). Mmmmmmmmm so good...And I also love Taboula (sp???), which is a salad with cracked wheat and parsley and cucumbers and tomatoes and other stuff and the dressing is simply olive oil and lemon juice (with salt and pepper). And there's this yogurt/rice soup that's delicious...

  3. (Ignoring 42...)I don't usually wonder about the meaning of life, but just HOW and WHY life exists. Like, I'll randomly look around and see random stuff that we take for granted like electricity and computers and shelves and tables and cars and other junk and I'll think about how we have all of this. How is it that little atoms came together to attatch other little atoms to each other and create a rocket or a padlock even?Gah that's not quite what I mean, but I don't know how to explain it since I'm not in that kind of mood right now. :\

  4. And since I'm easily amused and kind of a math geek...here's how the number is always four...Let x be the number you choose. No restrictions on the domain.1. Think of a number.x2. Multiply it by two.2x3. Add eight to the product.2x + 84. Divide the total by two.(2x + 8) / 25. Subtract the first number (x).(2x + 8)/2 - x6. Simplify.(2x + 8)/2 - x =(2/2)x + (8/2) - x=(x + 4) - x = 4

  5. I used to play Neopets but then they changed the layout and suddenly each page took forever to load (dial-up) so I got impatient and quit. I was ready to quit, anyway. Too many rants about it. For example, it's too crowded. And I really hated it when they introduced the forms you filled out to send in an idea or bug. And I liked the old forums; they didn't need to change them. And they kept taking off good games and replacing them with stupid sequels...and then they added ADS to the site. And then Viacom bought it. And there's a bunch of stupid merchandise (and yes, I own a bunch of stuffies, but that's not the point). And they're making a Neopets MOVIE. GAH.

  6. Ok, in English awhile ago I had to do a debate on stem cell research, and the first paragraph of my opening speech (I don't want to get into this, but I was arguing negative, that it should not be researched, but that is not what I believe) I talked about how we don't really care about it until we see someone famous person (ie Michael J. Fox) has Parkinson's and is pushing forward research. The suddenly we want to 'help the world' and have the government give grants to labs to find a cure. The same reasoning can be applied to meat. Sure, there are those (ie some vegatarians) that don't eat meat cuz of their sympathy for the animal, but for me I can't feel any sympathy. I know that at first it doesn't sound right, sounds like I'm some cruel heartless worker at the slaughterhouse. But I'm not, I just can't feel for animals suffering, I have no attachment to them. But if, for example, I had a pet, let's say a cat (cuz I do have one), and he was to be taken to the slaughterhouse and then served as someone's meal, I would be mortified (and nauseated), because I love my cat, I have an emotional attachment to him.The chicken that I eat for dinner I can eat cuz it doesn't look like a real chicken, and I don't know the chicken that I am eating. But I don't like eating fish (cept tuna) cuz when you buy it it still has it's head and eyes, and before it's cooked you're just looking at the dead carcass of an innocent animal.

  7. 56k or whatever it is AOL. I want AOL broadband, I'd like it even better than a super fast comcast or whathaveyou connection cuz...I dunno, I like aol, and aim. AIM without aol isn't the same. You don't have the cool superbuddy icons (I live for those lol), the only thing is that on aol you cannot upload your own buddy icon, which you can do on aim. ;) Oh, well. The skull and teddy bear superbuddy icons make up for it lol.

  8. Ultimately, the whole 'what I want to be when I grow up' is to have a nice house (not a mansion, that's too big, just a 3 or 4 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood with a 2 car garage) with a nice job (I want to be a computer programmer, don't know anything specific yet), and a boyfriend/husband/family/whatever it turns out to be.But for now I just want to do well in school, go to the college I want to (unlike all my friends, I 'just' want to go to the university here), and have FUN.

  9. Magic squares are harder the rubix cubes.

    47559

I find magic squares to be so much easier than rubix cubes...I dunno, maybe it's just me...

One time I was at my friends house and she had a rubix cube and she got like 3 or 4 sides, and almost the other, only a couple colors were off. Then later I got one, and the best I did was like 2 sides, and the rest a complete mess. Then my family went on vacation and I lost it :D and that made me sad. And then after awhile I completely forgot about it...and a few years later got into magic squares...

  10. These come very much handy when you are taking precalculus and calculus for various reasons. I am not entirely sure why they work out that way, but they allow scientists to understand wavelengths and the like.

    47512

Really? That's cool...although I'm in precalc now, and we haven't used these at all. I dunno, maybe we will later this year (or maybe we did and I just completely missed it).

  11. that last code makes no sense at all and i cant find any pattern in it however it does work very good job on finding somethin that works now if we could just find out the pattern u would b a millionaire! or mayb just a person that gets credit for a new code  :D

    45426

I've been trying lol, and I may be on the way to figuring it out, unfortunately I lost the 4 x 4 magic square my friend gave me (from this puzzle calendar thing), so now I'm just trying to recreate it...

  12. sounds like a test you have to do in GCSE maths to me.

    45417

Lol!! It's not...I found the pattern in this puzzle book thing, but the book I thought it was in wasn't...basically, I forget where I found it...but anyway, for my 101 x 101 magic square, I was working on it during math once (let me tell you, that's A LOT of graph paper...), and the teacher was talking about our cheat sheets that we could have for the test, and he said 1 page, but a normal sized page, not like mine...lol and I kept protesting that it wasn't a cheat sheet...stupid math teacher that has a sense of humor....

  13. If abortion was murder, then why haven't millions of women in the world been arrested?

Abortion, by law, is not murder. Note the 'by law' part. To many people it may seem as murder, to many others it may not. I think that it depends on the situation. If you are pregnant but do not want the child, consider adoption...but what if it was an accident, a mistake, and you don't want to go through the 9 months?

He or she could be really smart and get a scalership and go to a great university but know they cant be cause they where killed inside there "mom".

Well, if one has the potential to succeed in life, then you cannot ignore the other side, one's potential to be the opposite. That baby has the POTENTIAL make a cure for the common cold (it's just an example, don't get started on that), but that same baby also has the POTENTIAL to become an international terrorist. I think that you can't really argue a child's potential for either side of the case.

You ask anyone who has been adopted as an infant, there is no problem with it.

Have you asked every single child that was adopted as an infant? There are always 'what ifs' and there will always be a few cases that contradict the statement.

  14. There's no such things as time. There is only now. I thought Einstein proved that one. "Theory of Relativity" anyone?

    38323

Then again, he also said "As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality." and, "I don't believe in mathematics."

  15. Haha...my first website was on Geocities, and I forget what it was about. Probably something random that I was really interested in at the time, or some sort of general bloggish thing. I dunno, the only time I edited it was probably that day that it was created...since then I've made more of those random type sites, but now I plan to make one that's actually good and that I'll actually update.

  16. Ooh I love ddr...I have ddr max 2 on ps2...first time I played it was at my aunt and uncles house (they have xbox...I also played Halo for the first time at their house)(anyways)...I'm not that good at it, I mean like I can get A's on some songs on light mode, but my friend (lol), okay, this one time I was at her house, and I hadn't played it in awhile (like a month) so I thought I was doing pretty well, getting mostly B's and an A or two...and on ever single song she got an AA. Lol. And then she was made cuz she wanted a triple A, and she had all perfects except for 3 greats. Sigh, lol.

  17. I'll randomly go to gamefaqs for walkthroughs if I'm stuck on a game *coughhalocough* and it's pretty helpful...I love how users submit walkthroughs and stuff, and in depth faqs and info...very good site, with accurate info too and a variety of choices of games to look at. Lol, one thing that made me laugh was there was a guide to Neopets...interesting how the game it was describing (if you've ever been to Neopets, you'll understand this...), Meerca Chase, is now retired and you can no longer play it. Oh well.

If you've never been to Neopets, go here: http://www.neopets.com/

    NO REFFERAL URL'S!

  18. Yeah, Da Vinci Code is awesome (not like we didn't already know that or anything...), and I'm basically just repeating stuff that's already been said but oh well...it's a page turner, I couldn't put it down, it's now one of my favorite books, and once I started to read State of Fear by Michael Crichton I couldn't get in to it cuz it was too different from Da Vinci Code (in State of Fear I still haven't gotten very far...it's just not as interesting as some of his other books...I dunno, maybe it's just me).

  19. Google is awesome (dare you to find someone who doesn't like it), and the Google suggestion thing is cool...I also really like Google alerts (I can get a variety of Harry Potter news, sometimes BEFORE mugglenet). Also, interesting thing, Google was originally created as a school project by these 2 people working for their PhD (there was a story on Google on 60 minutes one time).
