I like your other version better. What you show here has just plain rectangles as buttons, but when I click the d-gression link, it goes to another version, whick I assume is your older version. It seems that the older one goes better with your banner than this new one. Prehaps if you changed you main banner, it would fit together a little better, to me at least.
