I've Used cuteftp, WS_FTP pro, and Aceftp 3 and i really like both ws and ace, nost cuteftp so much. WS has always been slower for me than ace. But sometimes ace wont work (like if the server is really bogged down, and usually ws_ftp will. It will just be really slow.

Hey has anyone seen this http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I just thought it was pretty sweet, someday we could have our computer monitors anywhere in a room, It could even fallow us around. HA!

Do You (Xisto) also run Xisto, and if so why do you have 2 sites?

I'd go nvidea, thats what i have right now. I think that ati and nvidea will alway's be close... someone will come out with something fast, then the other comes out with something faster. But Nvidea has sweet driver support, and ati's isnt so hot. And with good drivers you can always squeeze out a little more juice.

I think you mean fireworks, not firefox.. (firefox = sweet, fireworks = lammers) ha

Hey I've also tried 100webspace and there ftp and server is just pretty slow, and netrulon just sucks, there never up. I've also tried a couple of non-php servers, ultrahost is good.. but no mysql either.... so thats not to versitle. So now im hopeing to use Xisto Sounds like everyone is really happy with it.

Sup all,I currently have a gmail, hotmail and my favorite is Fusemail. Fusemail used to be free but now i have to pay for it. I dont really mind it tho because its so sweet. I can create mail aliases (its just like making another email address to use onthe same account) and then if i ever get to much junk mail sent to that alias, i just delete it. and then i wont recieve anymore email's there. I dont know if i explained that very well, you'll just have to check it out your self.It also has rss feeds into your email.. so thats cool. and just tons of other features like IMAP4 access, an outlook plugin, sweet spam filters, journal, calendar... the list is long. And soon it will have the ability to ftp and us it like a file storage.Just check it out. Its way better than any others I've used before.-I dont want you to think im advertising for fusemail, its just that not to many poeple have heard of them even though their pretty big. I was just bragg'n up my email.

I'd go with amd also. Thats what i have in my computer. And i just put a AMD 64 in a friends computer, and it fly's. I dont think intel even has there 64-bit chip anymore. I think they scrapped it because it sucked . Im also a big fan of amd's because they are quite a lot cheeper. And most of the time quicker than intels.I've got an amd 2100+ with 3 sticks of 256 in it. It goes pretty good.

What kind free computer parts has everyone got?I have a free dvd rom, 24x12x40 cdrw, 256 ram, hard drive (fried it last year though)I've gott'n most of my free goods from people who get new stuff and/or its "broken" hehe. I've also been given an xbox (dvd drive was shot), digital camera, video camera, amp and subs. Its kinda nice being "the guy that knows how to fix electronics" I really dont know jack (anything), its just people are kinda retarded sumtimes.

40 + 40 + 80 =160 GIGS The 80 and 40 are full... working on my next 40, that tends to happpen when you play with digital video. One 40 and the 80 are westerndigitals, and the other is a maxtor. The wd's seem to be much better drives than the maxtorI just keep geting hard drives from friends whose computers "break" so they give me the stuff when they buy a new one.

I like self build because you can put exactly what you want in and dont get a crappy motherboard. But Pc's are geting so cheap you almost cant build one cheaper than you can get one from someplace else. dont do dell though. I havent much success with dell. Or HP, i've just seen a lot of Bad ghosting (when they copy all the hard drives) so you get funky windows errors alll the time. Not cool. If you can, order falcon northwest. free overnite shiping on repairs. both ways.. that used to be there thing, hope they still do it.Whatever you do, never get a mac.

Try redownload'n firefox.. And if you still cant get it to work try geting version .9 because i've heard of some ver 1's not working on peeps computers. I'd post a screen shot... but i dont really know how to do that on here... or even if you can. If you need help i can try to help, but i need more info than you've given. :)And I think Firefox is way better than IE too. I dont get much of anything for spyware with it.. but that might be because i started using adaware se, spybot search and destroy, and spywareblaster all at the same time... very effective

Ok so Halo 2 came out last night at midnight. It looks sweet, i havent had a chance to play it but got to watch some friends play. (they were too addicted to let me in on it, ha) So what does everyone else think about it?
