  1. i seriously doubt hat his is the only swastika shaped building to be found in the world.

Was it a joke against Germany?

i don't see why this should be considered to be a 'joke against germany' when the symbol was used by the germans but is actually a symbol used by cultures originating from india. Fair enough, when aligned to true north, it does almost perfectly align with the nazi orientation of the swastika, but i don't think its really a big deal, just a building. if you were inside the building, it would probably look right, and i think thats all the designer was concerned about.

  2. Tell me why believing in a religion and a god will improve my life.

believing in god and religion does not always help you, many times i have found myself questioning whether religion/god is for real etc.

at the end of the day, its about belief. if you believe in a religion with heaven and hell, then you may be more inspired to do good and secure a place in heaven, not making it selfless but a good deed is still a good deed.

sometimes in your life, you can find that it becomes near unbearable, and having faith in god can mean that you believe that god can make life better for you, and through this faith, your life can be improved.

  3. Meh, i'm surprised you still care about what other people think about you. Like mentioned by anwiii, if they dont like you for who you are, then they're not really your friends as they claim to be. I know none of my friends would dare me to do to something like that.

thing is, sometimes it jus happens. i went 2 a party, every1 was drinkin nd i did 2, thing is, it depends on how u feel about it. i hav nofink against drinkin, but if u do, then don't. If ur m8s arent kl with it, its their problem, nt urzz.
    Notice from jlhaslip:
Sandeep89, please use full words, correct grammar and complete sentences. It makes it easier on us old folks. thanks.

  4. it depends on what you care about really, it seems from what you're saying that giving in your work means a lot to you, in which case just handing it in after or at the end of the lesson should sort things out for you, but then you'll get caught in the end. Thing is, you're doing nothing wrong, if my m8s were blanking me lyk that, i would jus confront them, ask em what their problem iz and sort it out, no point in avoiding what is necessary, thats what i would do tho, not necessarily what you should do, not that my m8z are lyk that

  5. damn, that really is a wastelove, being one of the strongest emotions one can feel, means that it can do so much to someone. if it doesn't work out as planned, working out for worst, you find that you have put so much of yourself on the line, just to have it crushed. if you don't handle it well, it destroys you, and leads you to do things that you would never do without thinking about the consequences.

  6. Once upon a time, I had a wicked crush on a guy named Alex Johnson. He was everything i ever wanted in a boy: intelligent, likes the Beatles, is a computer geek, loves gaming, and best of all, HES JEWISH!!! So anyway, we had the same lunch period and sat at the same table, only at opposite ends. Him with his group of friends, and me with mine. One day, my best friend acted like a comlete idiot and asked Alex if he liked me. And guess what. He said he "digged" me!!! how cool??? Anywho, Alex finally built up the nerve to ask me out and I was in complete shock! Of course I said yes, and so we ended up going to Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban, then to the olive garden. How cute! After that, we took a walk around a lake, and he picked a wild flower and gave it to me.
It's 2 months later and Alex is my steady boyfriend.

    Woo!!!

    awwwwwwwwwwwww

remember to cherish every moment that you share with eachother, as once the moment has passed, you can never get it back.

newayz, i wish you two tons of happiness

  7. yolet me ask you something m8...how many times do you fall in love with someone and have that love in return? sometimes, the hardest part of falling in love is letting it go, but then love is where you would surpass any challenge, climb over any obstacle and do what it takes to make it work. the only way to get out of love is to get out of life, coz love is a natural part of it. you should not try and erase your memory, make it work. in my opinion, you owe it to you, and 2 the person you love to make it work.religion is an extremely hard thing to get past, people can prove to be amazingly arrogant and not allow their beliefs to be broken or altered in circumstances such as this. you need to talk to them, MAKE them see that its meant to be

  8. the gal are perfect pretender

this may be true in some circumstances, but not in all, thats what you gotta remember.

if we completely trust on a person, that will kill u

complete trust can prove to be a wrong decision, but then having someone who you can completely trust and who wont let u down when u need it is the important person.

guy can't know wht the gal's mind.

this aint always true, sometimes you can just know someone so well that you know what they r thinkin and how they r feelin.
    now to answer your questions:

how can i know i really love on a gal

you know when ur in love, you jus do

how can i know a gal really love me

you cant. it just depends on how much u believe it.
    hope that helps

  9. why should it be banned? it u dont like it then fine, but that doesn't make it a bad game. If its a matter of people knowing when to stop, thats up to them, its an addicting game, just like soooooo many others. If people became as addicted to pacman (some have) as they have to runescape, should pacman be banned?? the answer is no, cos no1 should be able to ban pacman! but anywayz, its just up to people to know when they've played it too much and call it quits for then, and come back some other time to carry on.If runescape worked at 5 times the speed that it did, people would spend less time on it i reckon, just that everything takes forever to do, and they wanna do something before they log off. newayz, i dnt think it should be banned, just people should know when to stop.

  10. you are only showing one side to cheating, and the example you gave is where it hurts someone, so in that scenario, its wrongbut...imagine that you meet someone for the first time, think you're in love, get married etc. then you find that you made a really big mistake, f ind that they are just the type of person who you didnt wanna be with, find that you cant stand being with them. so you cheat, making yourself happier. maybe they feel the same way, and too cheat. you break up, but it could be just what you both wanted for so long, but finally have a reason for doing so without having to look back.all im trying to say is that there are two sides to every story, its adultery isn't good in all circumstances, i know that, but sometimes its whats best for some people.

  11. yeh, i wish i could go back in time, so many stupid things that i've done, and after it or when i think back its like whyyy did i do that...going back in time would fix those stupid mistakes, but then ppl on here are right in saying that you could change the rest of your life for the worst by changing something in the past...

  12. i can give you some web site that help

runehq.com is the only website i have needed to get through any runescape quests...don't think anyone will need any others
Ill help anyone do anything really e.g. smelt/smithe up to level mihril full helms, craft up to ruby necklaces/diamond rings etc.

  13. and ur sayin that i did? m8 im takin maths and further maths at college, AND im gettin As, taking 9 hours of maths exams in may, so don't tell me that i cant do maths. Casino's make money in real life cos its not completely random, and im sayin that online ones are...As i said, if you don't believe me, then to be honest i really don't care, i didnt make these posts that i did to convince you.If anyone here does believe me, or thinks that its worth a shot, check out some free roulette sites like pogo (not the best as explained before), but try it and see...if it works, good if it doesn't, you won't have lost anything.

  14. even after 500 consecutive reds the probability of hitting black or red are still 50/50. If your way of reasoning would really work there would be no casinos.

yes, the probability of getting a red is 0.5, even after 500 consecutive reds. The probability of having got those 500 consecutive reds as you said is:

    .5^x

so, where x is 500, for 500 consecutive reds, the probability of this becomes 0.5^500 = extremely small...3.0549363634996046820519793932136e-151 comes out on calculator, so i think thats 3.0549363634996046820519793932136 x 10^-151, which is one hell of a small number.

Yes, the probability that if you take one spin, out of the context of its previous spins, the likelyhood of getting red is 0.5. However, its not the single spin you look at, its the spins that have happened before it as well.

If you have ever played roulettes online, you will see that getting large amounts of consecutive colours is amazingly rare, used to play online all the time, never once saw more then 5 consecutive reds/blacks.

I could ask my maths teacher, only thing is that i've just done things like this in maths class over the last month, and i know that its not wrong.

If you do not believe me, then fine, thats not for me to worry about, but i know that my maths is not at fault, this is correct maths, if i can be bothered to draw out and explain a probability tree to you, should you not know it, it might be a lot better explained. The probability that i have tried to explain is for independant events, where one outcome does not have an effect on the next outcome.

Im going to find an online roulette site and then ill show you what i mean, although taking the screenshots will be long...

update: ok, this aint the best example, but hopefully it helps, i got a screenshot: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png

here, i wasn't that sure about betting on black, just because only 3 reds had gone, so i bet 1 on red and 2 on black. A black came up, so i won 1 credit, which aint much, but it helps. This is from pogo, and their roulette is screwed cos they have blue on their roulette wheels for multiplier bonuses and stuff, so its harder to see, but i hope this helps a little

  15. i haven't tried to win any money this way yet, gonna reg at an online casino asap.if you think about it, if the outcome was truly random, the odds of red would be 0.5 and black would be 0.5 (if u forget about 0 on green). If you have ever drawn a probability tree, you could work out the following:The probability that on the 1st spin, you get red = 0.5, where 0.5 is for red and 0.5 is for black, the total probability always equalling 1 (certain)The probability that on the 2nd spin, you get red = 0.5 x 0.5 = 0.25 or 1 quarter, where there would be a quarter for 2 reds, 1 quarter for 2 blacks, 1 quarter for red then black, and 1 quarter for black then red.The probability that on the 3rd spin, you would get red is 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 = 0.125, which is an eighth (1/8), and the probability would be an eighth for 3 consecutive blacks. Now, this probability is extremely low, and if you give enough spins, you should notice that this is rare. If it is not rare, although it should be, you might consider waiting until 4 or 5 consecutive colours. The probability of 4 consecutive colours is 0.0625, so less then 7 times every hundred spins, and 5 consecutive colours is 0.3125, which is just about 3 times every hundred spins. This is statistics, known as independant variables in probability, where one outcome does not have an effect on the next, and using these calculations, i see no reason why if the outcome is truly random, this strategy should not work. Coming back to what you said, where if the outcome was truly random (which it is), you said "it could generate 14 red's in a row!". Well, the likelyhood of it generating 14 consecutive reds is 0.00006103515625, which, if rounded to 6 decimal places, is 0.000062, or 62 times every million spins (31 times every 5 hundred thousand spins). This is very rare, and all it takes is a quick observation to see if this looks like its gonna happen, i've played briefly in casino's before and i get 3 consecutive colours at most. The rest of it is just patience and good thinking.hope i have helpedSandeep

  16. thats not what i meant.what i meant to say was that when people commit adultery, it can make them happy, and if everyone is happy having committed adultery, and nobody is getting hurt, then i see nothing wrong in it. That is my reasoning, an action is good if people who commit the action are happy, and they are not hurting anyone by committing that action. This works for murder and theft, people might be happy having committed these sins, but they are making other people unhappy in doing so, and so the action is bad, not good.
