I like Blogger's setup, I think that Wordpress should add a widget like that where all you have to do is click and the ad shows up on your blog. Then, you go to your email and you fill out the form. That is really easy. Another thing I have been pushing for on Wordpress is them to allow you to change your CSS/Java of Template so you can make minor changes and add that kinda stuff.
