  3. I find you a very big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig racist. You blaim terrorism on islam maybe? was it mohammad the holy prophet who makes bombs in buildings maybe? NO - there are weird sickos people out there in all religions. In usa there are terrorirst, do you blaim christianity? in israel there are terrorist do you blaim judaism? I think you people just want some one to blaim. If i didnt know better id say the world would be a better place without people like you. people like you are almost worst than racists, if one muslim bomb you - do you blaim all muslim? you are like hitler if not worst I hope god will punish you some day big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big big racist!I hate people like you and I think you must read more knowledge before you criticism my people and my family of being racist. you are not respectful towards us. On the other hand - must we blaim christianity that what bush have done to us? I think not. so id say that we are the smart ones and you people are the terrorists - going to countries and taking over. And no body cant say no!

  4. Ignore him. Your friend is a hitler. =((( I had a friend once who was a mixture of evil and selfishness. sorry my english not very good becos i have not study very much but this frend was not very good. once you have car he asks if i can drive. once i have food he asks if he can eat. once i got time he asks for help. you know those friends are very bad .. dump them - they are a waste of time.now the nicest people are those that cry when they forgot to say hi for example when you pass by. ye i love them. peace

  5. I happen to think different. The red represents the evil and blood which is pain in our daily lives. how can we live a society without pain? sory my english not very good i study not very much but i like you creative ideas. the red represents power also. the devil rules over the dead and punish them forever while bright colors represents peace. Is red stronger than light? I think so . Generally the devil is a falling angel if you mix two light colors it will slowly turn darker. how cool is that? so basically my point here is that your logo is very creative indeed. you can tell alot about it - its a very artistic master piece. Soon the future will develop and there will be lots of more computer art.

  6. I dont understand this point of yours. sorry im not very nice at speaking english i studied only a small time but my point is that buffalos are fastest. They are one of the fastest alive land creatures. by that i mean that they can escape from attacks and they are also ver y strong indeed. I have seene buffalo and study buffalo for over one year. very fascinating animals so i think you are wrongl Maybe you say this is joke i can fully agree because you dont happen to be a profesor like me and study animals i guess. So in long term buffalos will slowly develop if we humans wont hurt its foood chain. in that wway we can create a more sustainable nature for all of use.Sorry for my bad english. i have not study very much language and so on and so fouth so i thank you for this =) i think this forum is nice plase for me to learn this language one step more maybe. so thanks for this and thanks for all this host. soon ill make my science homepage.thanks

  7. I fully agree to you my brotha. Im very unhappy with all of these different hosts. they promise one thing but apparantly you get another. My thing i want to assure is that maybe pepol dont happen to like this very much. I mean they dont profit on it very much so i think this in other words helps them get more traffic in site. A nice traffic means nice ads means nice cash . this maybe also make other peoples who want to purchase another of to buy this verty exclusive thing. I personally thing that - sorry my english is very very bad but i think that there is a point in all this. we must not fight with it I think this Xisto is very nice hostes and forum post is not very much to ask for. Also happy people can be found here so gratz every one for this host!!!!

  8. Via MySQL Network MySQL AB offers support itself, including 24/7 30-minute response time, with the support team having direct access to the developers as necessary to handle problems. In addition it hosts forums and mailing lists and employees and other users are often available in several IRC channels providing assistance.Members of the MySQL Network enjoy access to binaries and software that is certified for their particular operating system, and the codebase changes much less frequently then the Community Edition of the MySQL Database Server engine. The Network maintains several levels of membership based on importance and urgency for response times.

  9. As it has grown, Google has found itself the focus of various controversies related to its business practices and services. For example, Google Print's effort to digitize millions of books and make the full text searchable has led to copyright disputes with the Authors Guild. Google's cooperation with the governments of China, France and Germany to filter search results in accordance to regional laws and regulations has led to claims of censorship. Google's persistent cookie and other information collection practices have led to concerns over user privacy. A number of governments have raised concerns about the security risks posed by geographic details provided by Google Earth's satellite imaging. Moreover, Google advertisers have filed several lawsuits against the company in 2006, claiming that up to 14-20% of the clicks on the bills were in fact fraudulent or invalid.

  10. Models that view religion as a social construction include the "Dogma Selection Model," which holds that religions, although untrue in themselves, encode instructions or habits useful for survival, and that these ideas "mutate" periodically as they are passed on, and spread or die out in accord with their effectiveness at improving chances for survival. Karl Marx stated that "Religion is the opiate of the masses." This comment spawned a new model, in which, summarizes Bertrand Russel, "[r]eligion in any shape or form is regarded as a pernicious and deliberate falsehood, spread and encouraged by rulers and clerics in their own interests, since it is easier to exercise control over the ignorant"

  11. The systems shown at E3 2006 and in various trailers have several small changes from the original design. Not only has the Nintendo branding on the case been replaced with a 'Wii' logo, but the disc-loading slot has been enlarged slightly, the reset button has been moved from next to the eject button to beside the power button, and the power indicator light has been moved from next to the power button to inside that button. Originally Nintendo suggested that DVD playback would be an option with an additional purchase but this functionality has since been dropped.A second flap cover is located on the front of the machine, which opens to reveal an SD card slot in the middleand a "SYNC" button, which some have speculated is used to link the controllers to the console

  12. Understanding and describing change is a common theme in the natural sciences, and calculus was developed as a powerful tool to investigate it. Functions arise here, as a central concept describing a changing quantity. The rigorous study of real numbers and real-valued functions is known as real analysis, with complex analysis the equivalent field for the complex numbers. The Riemann hypothesis, one of the most fundamental open questions in mathematics, is drawn from complex analysis. Functional analysis focuses attention on (typically infinite-dimensional) spaces of functions. One of many applications of functional analysis is quantum mechanics. Many problems lead naturally to relationships between a quantity and its rate of change, and these are studied as differential equations. Many phenomena in nature can be described by dynamical systems; chaos theory makes precise the ways in which many of these systems exhibit unpredictable yet still deterministic behavior.

  13. The negative view of war has not always been held as widely as it is today. Many thinkers, such as Heinrich von Treitschke saw war as humanity's highest activity where courage, honor, and ability were more necessary than in any other endeavour. At the outbreak of World War I the writer Thomas Mann wrote, "Is not peace an element of civil corruption and war a purification, a liberation, an enormous hope?" This attitude has been embraced by societies from Sparta and Rome in the ancient world to the fascist states of the 1930s. The defeat and repudiation of the fascist states and their militarism in the Second World War, the shock of the first use of nuclear weapons and increasing belief in the value of individual life (as enshrined in the concept of human rights, for example) have contributed to the current view of war.

Today, some see only just wars as legitimate, and believe that it is the responsibility of world organizations such as the United Nations to oppose wars of unjust aggression. Others believe that world organizations have no more standing to judge the morality of a war than that of a sovereign country.

  14. Why is that such a surprise? What Gmail is doing should probably be more worrying. But it seems people don't seem to care. I love Gmail myself, it's simply the best piece of software I've used in quite a while. It could always be better, but it is already very very goooooooooood.James

  15. 16. If one wishes to form a true estimate of the full grandeur of religion, one must keep in mind what it undertakes to do for men. It gives them information about the source and origin of the universe it assures them of protection and final happiness amid the changing vicissitudes of life, and it guides their thoughts and actions by means of precepts which are backed by the whole force of its authority. It fulfils, therefore, three functions. In the first place, it satisfies man?s desire for knowledge; it is here doing the same thing that science attempts to accomplish by its own methods, and here, therefore, enters into rivalry with it. It is to the second function that it performs that religion no doubt owes the greater part of its influence. In so far as religion brushes away men?s fear of the dangers and vicissitudes of life, in so far as it assures them of a happy ending, and comforts them in their misfortunes, science cannot compete with it. Science, it is true, teaches how one can avoid certain dangers and how one can combat many sufferings with success; it would be quite untrue to deny that science is a powerful aid to human beings, but in many cases it has to leave them to their suffering, and can only advise them to submit to the inevitable. In the performance of its third function, the provision of precepts, prohibitions and restrictions, religion is furthest removed from science. For science is content with discovering and stating the facts. It is true that from the applications of science rules and recommendations for behaviour may be deduced. In certain circumstances they may be the same as those which are laid down by religion, but even so the reasons for them will be different.

  17. This objection cannot be too strongly repudiated. It cannot be supported for a moment, for the spirit and the mind are the subject of scientific investigation in exactly the same way as any non-human entities. Psycho-analysis has a peculiar right to speak on behalf of the scientific Weltanschauung in this connection, because it cannot be accused of neglecting the part occupied by the mind in the universe. The contribution of psychoanalysis to science consists precisely in having extended research to the region of the mind. Certainly without such a psychology science would be very incomplete. But if we add to science the investigation of the intellectual and emotional functions of men (and animals), we find that nothing has been altered as regards the general position of science, that there are no new sources of knowledge or methods of research. Intuition and inspiration would be such, if they existed; but they can safely be counted as illusions, as fulfilments of wishes. It is easy to see, moreover, that the qualities which, as we have shown, are expected of a Weltanschauung have a purely emotional basis. Science takes account of the fact that the mind of man creates such demands and is ready to trace their source, but it has not the slightest ground for thinking them justified. On the contrary, it does well to distinguish carefully between illusion (the results of emotional demands of that kind) and knowledge.
This does not at all imply that we need push these wishes contemptuously aside, or under-estimate their value in the lives of human beings. We are prepared to take notice of the fulfilments they have achieved for themselves in the creations of art and in the systems of religion and philosophy; but we cannot overlook the fact that it would be wrong and highly inexpedient to allow such things to be carried over into the domain of knowledge. For in that way one would open the door which gives access to the region of the psychoses, whether individual or group psychoses, and one would drain off from these tendencies valuable energy which is directed towards reality and which seeks by means of reality to satisfy wishes and needs as far as this is possible.

From the point of view of science we must necessarily make use of our critical powers in this direction, and not be afraid to reject and deny. It is inadmissible to declare that science is one field of human intellectual activity, and that religion and philosophy are others, at least as valuable, and that science has no business to interfere with the other two, that they all have an equal claim to truth, and that everyone is free to choose whence he shall draw his convictions and in what he shall place his belief. Such an attitude is considered particularly respectable, tolerant, broad-minded and free from narrow prejudices. Unfortunately it is not tenable; it shares all the pernicious qualities of an entirely unscientific Weltanschauung and in practice comes to much the same thing. The bare fact is that truth cannot be tolerant and cannot admit compromise or limitations, that scientific research looks on the whole field of human activity as its own, and must adopt an uncompromisingly critical attitude towards any other power that seeks to usurp any part of its province.

This is an essay that my profesor wrote. It has really inspired me alot.. please have a look
