I used to run a successful sims site back in the day with all these objects and clothes and stuff i made! Then i went off it, then i got a mac and had to re-buy it. It did come with livin' it up, hot date, house party though so it's not so bad! I'd love to have the Sims 2, my boyfriend just got it for his Birthday so i have my own Sim on his, but my ibook isn't fast enough for it knew i should have got the faster one!

I'm 18 and 5'5. I think that's sort of average for a girl. Actually i lie, i'm 5'4.5, so i'm half an inch shorter than i originally said! I like being this height though because i don't like being taller than everyone else, and i don't tower over my boyfriend when i wear high heels!

I've been making websites for years but i'm very out of practise and looking to have another go and have a few questions.1. How should i go about making a website that looks the same (or nearly the same) in all browsers/all resolutions? Should i be using percentages instead of pixel amounts, should i not be using HTML at all? In the past it's not something that's bothered me too much but i know that there are so many browsers and screen resolutions that it's something i should pay attention to now.2. When it comes to making a website that corresponds well with search engines and still user friendly, should i not use any frames and just use layers or something instead?I bet you're all wondering how i managed to design any website with questions like that, but as i said, i'm rusty And sorry if this is in the wrong place Notice from BuffaloHELP: Topic title changed. That's a really helpful post, thanks for posting! I've had websites before and increasingly noticed google ads popping up on many of the pages i visit, i didn't think anyone actually clicked on them though! I think i've clicked one once! I only have personal sites with very few visitors, so i assume it wouldn't be much use for me, maybe once i started getting a lot more hits! Sounds very sensitive as well!
