I subscribed to Xisto - Web Hosting 4 days ago and I?m thinking about requesting my money back, because the service is very slow. I leave my previous host , because the service fell several days, but is preferable to be out sometimes that to be slow all the time.

Html Editor Text editor or HTML Editor
corzel replied to viplanet's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Dreamweaver and Golive are very good html editors, if you are happy with Golive, stick with it!I evaluated Golive 6 against Dreamweaver MX and had lots of crashes caused by Golive's internal ftp client, but this only seems to have affected certain windows configurations (you will find many posts on this in the Adobe forums). Also, the site management in Golive was much slower than in Dreamweaver.I liked the integration between Photoshop and Golive, but Photoshop and Dreamweaver work together fine, too.I just had problems with Golive 6 crashing all the time when using the internal ftp and like the Macromedia interface better, but if you are happy with Golive, there is no reason to change. You won't find new features in Dreamweaver that you don't have in Golive. -
Power Persuasion How to use hypnosis to get your way...
corzel replied to Pdrive's topic in General Discussion
You can free yourself from bad habits, destructive patterns of behaviour, difficulties with your health, interrelationship tensions. Also, if you have a nervous disposition and upcoming events get you crazy you can eliminate the stress factor.Whatever it is you want to change about yourself you can do it through self-hypnotic auto suggestion. Whenever you plant suggestions into your sub-conscious they become part of your programme. New suggestions will write over the existing programme. There is no need for you to fight with yourself. Your new programme will soon begin to run on automatic just the same as your existing one does now.You can change as much about yourself as you want. But you will change only in so far as your programme is changed. Bypassing the conscious mind is a real neat trick and once you have mastered how to do it, the rewards will be immense. The technique is to first induce a self-hypnotic state, which is real easy once you know how. You follow this by implanting suggestions into the now accessible subconscious mind, without any interference from the conscious mind.To a certain extent we are all subject to a programmed way of thinking, responding behaving, acting and reacting. Fears, phobias, habits, attitudes and beliefs are all part of our programme, some of it is good, some bad and some totally useless. The one thing to be done is to sift through your own programme and weed out the things that are not serving you. Know that you CAN overcome them, even if there are things about you that are well and truly ingrained and are seriously disrupting the enjoyment of your life.A few people can get success on this... ?do you wanna try it? -
Html Or Xhtml Which one do you prefer
corzel replied to viplanet's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Well, I think you are a programmer, anyway, with html & xhtml you have two equally powerful choices, depending on your needs and working environment you are likely to prefer one over the other. If anyone don't have a preference today, my suggestion is to go for XHTML because it's the most recent suggestion from the W3C. Other than that, decide what available tools you have, and which HTML-flavor best suits your tools & taste. -
Use a template doesn´t mean do a exact copy of it. You can use a template like inspiration, see desing, colors, fonts, and have an idea how will look your site at the end

El Chupacabra - Means "the goat sucker" in Spanish.Named because of the way it sucked all the blood from Puerto Rican goats, the Chupacabra has been leaving fear in its tracks for many years now.First spotted in Puerto Rico in 1994, the Chupacabra has since migrated off the island and has recently been spotted in many locations including South America as well as the US. Although it was named because of its choice of goat-blood as a meal, the Chupacabra has reportedly attacked and devoured the blood of a wide variety of animals including dogs and sheep. As far as we know, there have yet to be any human fatalities.Due to the distinct technique the strange animal has of killing its prey, it is very easy to tell if the Chupacabra was involved in an animals death. Animals are found with puncture wounds in their neck and most of their blood removed. Often, the victim's organs have disappeared even though the only wound is a small hole in the animal's neck. Reports of laser-like cuts on the victim's ears are also common.Although some people say they have seen the Chupacabra's tracks, in many cases there are no signs of blood or tracks around the dead animals.

When you look at the night sky and make a wish upon your favorite star, you may not be wishing on a star at all. What most of us perceive with our eyes to be stars are sometimes much much more. Some of the objects in the night sky are actually just the planets in our solar system reflecting the sun's bright sunlight. Other objects may be comets or a whole galaxy of stars. Though these objects seem close together in the sky, we know that they are actually a great great distance apart. To get a better picture of the immense size of the universe we study many of the objects in space and the distances between them.

Wikipedia's problem is not that it has become more flawed as it's grown. But it has become such an incomparably useful resource for so many that its flaws are more regrettable. Look back two or three years, and you'd find it informative and accurate in spots, but plainly lacking in key areas. Today, it's astonishingly comprehensive, with standards of accuracy and balance that very often match or exceed media that are far more established, and a regard for transparency that would put any news outlet I know to shame. We should continue thinking of ways to improve Wikipedia; it's a phenomenal public resource. But we must turn our attention to educating people how to evaluate all sources of information as the amount of it proliferates.

I think that most people know that such atrocities as what the Holocaust are genuinely, objectively wrong. Christians believe that if objective principles of right and wrong exist, there must be a foundation for them. And the foundation that makes the most sense is the character of a perfect and holy God.The way we live, our behaviour and the way we respond when people treat us, the judgements we make when other people are mistreated these things reveal what we really believe about right and wrong. For example, we believe it was morally wrong for the Nazis to torture and kill six million Jews during World War II. But we not only think it is wrong, we think everyone should agree that it is wrong. This is not to say that something is wrong just because everyone agrees it is wrong. There is a logical possibility that we are mistaken and it is just our cultural conditioning that tells us these things are wrong. This may be a logical possibility, but is it very likely that our deepest intuitions about this matter could be mistaken? That would mean torturing people is not really wrong; we just think it is. But if this basic intuition is wrong, that is, if it is merely the result of cultural conditioning, could it be possible that our other basic beliefs and intuitions, such as our belief in cultural conditioning, are also the result of this same conditioning process? If so, it seems this line of reasoning is self-refuting. It fails its own test.

Html Or Xhtml Which one do you prefer
corzel replied to viplanet's topic in Websites and Web Designing
HTML is and will be the standar code in web at least for the next five years, remember that exist more than 100 millions of web pages and the 80% is builded in html.xhtml is just html improved, the most important change is with html you organize all your page (structure and design), with xhtml you create the structure of your page and need a .css file for your design. In other words, the big difference is that you won?t use anymore the "FONT" tags. -
