  1. It does seem that Google is getting into a little bit of everything... First their search engine and from there on everything else! I've been using google since 1999 I think and have loved it. It is the only engine I use and rely on it very much. Since its release out of Beta, it has expanded very much. It's own e-mail, froogle, and toolbar. Today I was looking on the homepage and notice google earth! A program that lets you zoom in on pretty much any part of the world! How crazy is this getting! Google has gone way farther then I ever thought.... But who knows, for the better?
  2. I'd have to say the PC is always the best! To upgrade all you have to do is by certain parts such as a new graphics card, instead of a completely new system which might have glitches. I've always loved computer games over console. But I know some people will always love their console games.... But I think that when the PS3 does come out, I will pick one of those up, because I enjoy many of the RPGs that the Sony systems come out with.
  3. I don't own any of the new systems IE (xbox, ps2, game cube, or now the xbox 360) But I am kept up to date with releases and media info. For one a friend of mine works for a video game store, and Microsoft undershipped many of the 360s, so already theres a shorted in systems and games... meaning not everyone that even preordered was granted a system. Also I've read in the paper that some games that are suppose to be compatiable aren't such as Ninja Gaiden. Also reading I saw that one person bought one, plugged it in and played for only 40 minutes before it 'broke' and was unable to play it. Many glitches if you ask me. I think this was a huge mistake by Microsoft, I think they rushed the release just to get it out before the PS3 release, so Sony wouldn't gather up all sales just like the PS2 did with the XBox.
  4. I've played many RPGs since I can remember playing games... But for console games I'd have to say my favorite are all the Final Fantasy games, and Dragon Quest games. I just love them. How in detail they get. For computer games I've tried so so so many.... I use to play Redmoon for 3 years, but they closed the USA server down. Since then I was hooked on FFXI, and I'd have to say that that is my favorite... But currently I am trying out WoW... which seems pretty good.
  5. When Ragnarok first came out in America, or at least when I heard about it, I think around 2001, I just had to see what it was about. Graphics looked nice, and it was a new game afterall. But after only a little while of playing I couldn't stand the game. It was just one of those games that never pulled me in and got me playing. I don't see how all these people play it and are interested in it.
  6. When CoH came out I considered playing it, but it just doesn't look to any graphics that I would be interested in. Also when CoV came out I was tempted to buy it, but I just don't see myself playing that type of game with heros. I enjoy the more fantasy type games. But maybe one day I will try it out, and maybe I'll enjoy it.

    Hey All

Hey everyone. I just joined the forums about 10 minutes ago. Seems like a pretty nice and friendly community. I live in the USA, and enjoy to run, program computers, play MMORPGs, and play Initial D the arcade game. I hope that I can become a regular in this community
  8. I use to play mmorpgs all the time and searched for anyones that might be interesting. I played FFXI for a long time, and have tried games like WoW, EQ2, Lineage 2, but I still have the urge to play FFXI, even though I don't have much time anymore, and I got frustrated camping a NM. They may be addicting but for me I lost interest slowly, but am looking for a new game to come out to get addicted to.
