If its not a store and its only about content and some image galleries means, I suggest you to go with wordpress cms based website. Its a free and easy to manage content management system. You can find so many free templates and plugins to satisfy all your requirements. It needs just PHP and MySQL (only one database) in your hosting. You can install and configure it yourself.
