oh srry,Im writting a tutorial/curses (in dutch). an one of the topics is how to make a hand drawed website. if it is ready i can transelate it for you, (free for you)

there are many ways to make template, what kind of template do you wand? in my tutorials i give a easy example: Draw your website, scan it in, slice it in difrend pices and put it in a table. if you wand to learn that i can transelate that tutorial
