if you want free then the best you can get will have to be game maker, i have it on THIS laptop, but i never really have liked things that have a "better" costly version, but still, if you dont want some crappy level editor then this is the best you can get.

I been wanting for a time now to make a guide to website making, i now i have have decided im going to, i will need colleagues, if anyone has medium knowledge in this area it would be nice if they could be the co-author (or probably the main as i am 10).
