Need Help Making A Text-based Game

Sorry, if i have posted this in wrong section Ok, i really need some help, i know the basics of PHP, HTML, CSS and a very little of the others.I am wanting to create a text based game, But, having trouble using Cpanel, I got my codes (MCCodes)I dont have a clue were to put them nor do i have a clue how i am going to put a like layout design onto my site.I know it sounds really nooby but please, can someone help.
