  1. You guys, there's no point in telling her random web-based proxies. As soon as someone visits a site, the administrator of the firewall can usually view it. Usually at my school, every proxy we used was blocked within 3 days. What I would advise you to do is to subscribe to a proxy newsletter. This gives you new and updated proxies every day. That way, even if your firewall administrator found out about some new ones, you would always have some more that you can use. The newsletters that I subscribe to are from http://ww2.proxyannouncer.com/?folio=9POR7JU99 and http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ . Another alternative thing that you can try doing id using a remote desktop service like LogMeIn (https://secure.logmein.com/home) to remotely use your home computer from school and then use its web browser to browse the internet. Since you would be using your home internet connection, everythiin would still work. The only downsides to this method are that there is a noticeable lag when you are remotely using a computer and that the admin may block LogMeIn. I hope that this information helps... ~~Unk
