Os 9.2 is not good for web surfing. It's too slow in most website today.If u want to enjoy web surfing, maybe u should use osx.Maybe Imac is enough to use osx. I'm using osx on my clamshell(g3 300mhz, 128mb ram)

I think that Ur vivew is somewhat narrow. If we was satisfied with things given to us, how could we have achived this amazing progress, like computer,internet, and others. Actually we can live without these things. But It can make our lives more convenient, sophisticated, and real human lives that is separated from animal's. Every scientific researches seems to be useless. But somdays, we could enjoy the result of that.

Now, Latest version 7.10 does not support Power PC ( G3, G4 ). It is only compatible with Intel CPU. So If U want to install Ubuntu on Ur Mac that has G4,G5 cpu, U must download 6.06 version. Here is 6.06 https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop U must downloads 6.06 for ppc.

I have read Elegant Universe by Bryan Green. It had a lot of storys about string theory. Basically, String theory explain Universe by view of wave theory. And It is trying to combine 4 major force. Actually I didn't understand it well. So If u want to know about that subject, I recommend U to read the book. Have Fun

Mac is awesome!!

I use ibook G4 with OSX 10.4.11.. It can operate dash board well. But I knew that my ibook didn't support core image. Does anyone know where the CI support driver is?
