  1. Most people associate torrenting with pirating, of course there are legitimate people sharing things like openoffice or linuxs like ubuntu, but to be honest, most people who torrent pirate stuff. I can't deny that I don't use bittorrent just to get legal stuff lol. Anyways, I would have to agree with the number one on that list, uTorrent is the best client out there, it's incredibly light, and gets the job done.

  2. My friend just bought a 500GB Lacie on boxing day, for a little over 100CAD. It was such a good deal. He's been only been using it for a little while, but he's managed to fill up a lot of it because he's clearing up his computer, and backing up a lot of things. I'm debating over getting a external hard drive that is USB, or firewire though, both can transfer files at fast speeds...

  3. I haven't heard of having a tic-tac-toe game on powerpoint, but I've made a jeopardy style game where the people choose questions, and they are worth different amounts of money, and I can pick either if they got the question right, or wrong, and it will total the scores and show them at the top. It didn't take me very long, and it was pretty simple. I could have made it HTML just as easier, but in powerpoint, I can add all the cheesy slide effects.

  4. I was trying to stretch my wallpaper on my dual monitors, but it didn't work out so well. I'm going to try out this method next time I hook my other monitor. For the person asking what's the importance of having two monitors.. I'd have to agree with Feedbacker. It's so much cooler to have more space, you can be doing so many things at once. When I'm doing a big photoshop project, I can have the whole preview on one monitor, and I can be doing all the small zoomed up touchups on the other one, or use one monitor just for all the pallets. Oh, and I love playing games on one monitor, and being able to read my emails on the other, or having my music player on with full visual effects on. I dono, it just makes everything more fun ^_^

  5. That would be so cool if mars got hit. I just bought a super expensive telescope a while ago, and I've been wanting to look at something cooler than the moon.

The asteroid, known as 2007 WD5, was discovered in late November and is similar in size to an object that hit remote central Siberia in 1908, unleashing energy equivalent to a 15-megaton nuclear bomb and wiping out 60 million trees.

Whoa, that sounds so exciting to watch ^_^

  6. That is for a computer to connect to a wireless network (opposite to what you want). What the Nintendo adapter does is, you connect it to a computer, and shares internet though that, but as far as I know, it only works with DS's and Wii's. If I were you, I would just buy a wireless router, because you could just use it for other wireless things later on.

  7. This would be a pretty neat idea, but I'm not sure how this would work... although you can pass electricity without wires, where would you get the power from to power that. So instead of powering something to power the wireless thing to power your cellphone/whatever, might aswell connect the thing powering the wireless thing to power your cellphone/whatever.. Uh it's kind of confusing lol.

  8. I've always wondered about all the crazy theory's people have made about that place. But I'm more leaning to the more reasonable side of things. The government is obviously hiding for a reason, although most of the world knows that that place exists, they still need to keep it a secret. So most likely they are testing out stuff there, and don't want anybody to know of it. It's a fact that the US government did test out weapons and bombs and stuff back in the day. I don't know about all that alien stuff though... I'm sure that there are other life forms out there, but I don't think that the US government got a hold of a spaceship and a alien. I don't think anybody will really know...

  9. For me at least, I don't like to advertise my websites because that way, I like how it goes around by word of mouth, so I don't get all the spammy visitors. Although I would like to have the most visitors, I would hate to spend hours cleaning up all the comments pages. Just for reference about how much would you be charging, for maybe a banner, and what would be the terms?

  10. I would have to say that the weirdest thing that I've seen was chocolate rain by Tay Zonday. That guy's music just gives me the chills. If you don't know what I"m talking about (I"m pretty sure you must know what I'm talking about since you're on the internet), check out youtube.com and search for chocolate rain. It was featured there a little while back and the guy has become a big star now.

Lol the first time I watched that, was on TV, because it became to popular, It's so annoying, but catchy, and funny at the same time.
Truly the most weirdest thing I've seen on the internet would be 2girls1cup... somebody sent me that, and I had no idea what it was when I opened it... Man, that was so weird...

  11. I might buy some actually, my website just got suspended for the first time, because I've been super busy at school lately. The prices are really reasonable, I just went out comparing with other hosting websites, and this is really great. The thing though that I'm wondering is, even If I bought maybe 2 years of hosting, how long would this website be open for? I mean, I don't think that this website generates a lot of money, and for the great free hosting they are offering, they should really be charging us... This website has been open for a couple of years already, and all good things have an end... I hope it's not anytime soon.

  12. The only browser I use would be firefox 2. The program is incredibly light, and it takes literately less than a minute to install. And can load pages faster than any browser . I also use Safari sometimes on my ibook. It doesn't load pages faster than firefox, but it's really reliable. IE always crashes on me.

  13. That would be a pretty awesome PDA, I thought it was real for a second when I was reading it lol. Regarding the 12MP camera, they have a lot of "12 MP" cameras in Asia on cell phones and PMPs, but the stupid thing is that they are interpolated, so the camera would actually have a 5MP censor, but the pictures would come out as 12MP, the quality would be so terrible, even though the picture would be huge. Maybe in a few years, such a computer would exist...
