Ha i tested the beta, and saw alot of this little devil... Anyhow its really startling, compared to the usual blue screen and i think i may know why... do a quick survey of your screen right now and look for blue... then look for red.. shouldnt be too hard to find for red is a very rare color style-wise theese days on most everything... usually its just white or a cooler blue.. Maybe Microsoft wants to really put the foot down on letting you know when your screwed.... who knows ... I, however dont care about how my error screens look, for i really dont expect too many... ive had a program where it had options for the style of your error messages... and yeah it kind of gives you an odd feeling of the durability of what your using..-

hey, Well about the one you most recently posted id say i dont know. The pins will fit, but its just a matter of how much speed your motherboard will allow the ram to operate at. OF course, however youll see a HUGE boost in speed with 4x the ram you have especially when its running a much higher frequency. But if it were say just ddr-800 i wouldnt be worried, for most Intel motherobards support DDR, but yours may not for it was not originally equipped with it. Something thats important to see is that your computer is made the best it can be for the price. For example why would they use more expensive motherboards supporting newer hardware technology, if they dont utilize it? Thats what im thinking about. For now, i would find a module of near the exact specs of yours, only with more memory (512 or 1024mb). 1024 of what you have now is still a pretty good boost.. If you really wanted to boost, youd buy a new motherboard that fits the socket of your CPU and has broader memory support and possibly integrated graphics, unless you want to go into spending on a new graphics card in addition, which is an even harder obsesssion to get out of

well idk out that, i saw a demo of one and theese things are truly impressing.. the thing that gets me is its ability to, provided another zune is nearby, connect via a integrated wireless card and actually share music... idk bout u guys but thats pretty sick in my opinion. And heck, why are we so hostile towards immitations? We wouldnt be as far as we are in technology today if everyone tried to make a completely different idea work, we all need something to build off of, something to exceed to make ourselves, or our product distinguished, you know?. And a VERY small fraction of music thats downloaded, which contradicting every artists hopes is easily one of the biggest sources of music to people today, is in MP3 format, or can easily be converted into such.. Most of the time, people only use Windows audio files if there using WMP to import a cd.. other than that, the format is almost dead. And sure, MP3 players, especially those from bigger establishments, reinforce copyright protection and soforth, but as weve seen with the ipod, people make very accessible 3rd party software that cuts through this like a morning walk. I dont know whats with you guys and windows either.. This is thier first swipe at a mass commercial A/V player, and id hope that none of you could cross this up with their Operating system mishaps. I do respect everyones opinion here but maybe take a moment and release your protector of white and chrome, and maybe look into other possibilities, not that anyone expects you to be so amazed that you drop what you have for something else but hey, try something new..

i dont know, some of those things i might be a bit weary of:- More features in general= a tad bit slower (process-wise) of a browser.- the backup function of the tabs would slow things down a bit for it would have to continually save a file of what tabs the browser is on- spell check would probably be a nuisance for things not requiring standard spellings, like username/PW fields, etc. Although a new look would be good, for firefox is a great idea, but i think it should be kept relatively simple so it doesnt end up like netscape (alot of extra stuff=a slower browser alltogether.) which is almost TOO integrated, at least for my taste.

yeah i really didnt care for BF2 or battlefield 1942, but someone rumored a demo for 2142 and i take it for a spin. I enjoyed it far more than any 30+ player combat simulator ive ever played, although there arent too many vehicles in the demo at least, they have the titan mode game, which puts a pretty amusing spin on the game. All of the vehicles that are there are really team-oriented, now instead of when you pile up people in a vehicle and the enemy is drawn toawrds you, almost every passenger has a gun to fire and they cower in fear . plus the classes of vehicles are very well defined, the light is a speedy little futuristic 4x4, which if you ever drove one youd think you were in a Need for speed game, for the programmers decked em out with turbo's and a nice wet shot of nitrous for those runners . I thought it was going to be like any other futuristic computer game ive ever tried, which usually involve soo many futuristic elements that it makes the game hard to take seriously, nevertheless really confusing. The weapons also: in the demo i didnt get a good read on ALL of the gear but VERY DETAILED, even though theres no realistic model to compare them to . The reloading action is amazing, the only demo gun thats dissapointing is the revolver.... Commanders screen is actually easy to use know.. who knew

most definately needs a longer hood, look at all the midwieght sportlux cars of today, with exception to the lotus elise, thier hoods are stretched out, one is for aerodynamics, and two is because it complements softer curves on the car, so unless you go really edgy id stretch it out.... might i reccomend a dual reversed scoop, if u stretched ur hood out a bit and whipped that on it would be cool, also make your brake calipers red or orange for that would complment the car best .. In the front, keep the grille, its the only thing that makes how tall the front end is not look absolutely ridiculous. Back to the hood, something like this possibly yep im critical but critisizm only can help if you take it right

-with the layer still selected, go to filter/blur/radial blur, use the settings displayed here, and press okay, if your render is not centered ajust the blur to the center of it. -now your nice little render is backlit. ::----------------------------------------------:: -Now for a bit more render work, select your topmost render layer, and duplicate it (i know its getting old) -select the duplicate and set the layer to either lighten or screen, whichever looks better., if screen is too intense lower the opacity -there you go. feel free to do any color balance work on the render to make it more appealing. -You can drop text in behind the background layers to give it a more inlaid look also finished product

-you now have your basic render layer, click new folder and then select all your current layers except your black base, and then drag them into the folder. this makes it easier to stay organized. -make a new layer, arrange it above your folder, press alt-backspace to make the background black. -go to filter/render/lens flare, place multiple lens flares on the black screen, varying type and size. -go to filter/sketch/chrome, with detail set to 10 and smoothness to 0, press ok -duplicate your current layer once, then select the duplicate, and then go to filter/distort/wave. put in theese settings and press "randomize" until something nice is acheived. -duplicate the layer you just distorted. -Now go to Edit/transform/flip horizontal -with this done, set your topmost layer to soft light, the one below it to pin light, and the bottom you keep at normal. -now select your middle layer and press ctrl-u, click the box that says colorize, and move the bars around to the color combo that suits your render best, do the same to the layer above, just use a different combination of numbers that matches. -now select erase, opacity-56 flow-47 and with the all the layers you just made, erase until your character can be seen, then erase out lightly to blend everything in. -Now set the bottom new layer to "overlay" -Also if you want a bit more edginess, with each of your top 3 layers, press ctrl b and fool around with the color balances to dial in your colors. -Now make a new layer on the top of all the layers, select that layer, go to render, and then clouds. If you dont like how the clouds are, hit ctrl-f, it will repeat the render over itself, making a new arrangement, when you find something you like set the layer to overlay. ::-IF YOUR CHARACTER NEEEDS TO STAND OUT MORE-:: -go into your render group, select the topmost render and duplicate it. - take then render that you used to make the duplicate and go to image/adjustments/threshold, set the threshold level to one and accept.

Well for some reason the images wouldnt load after a certain point so ill do this in sections.. admins please be patient here for its sort of long -Begin a new document, name it whatever you want. size also you may choose for it doesnt really matter, but make sure its within size limits for what your going to post it on. -Press "d" to return to default color palette. -Go onto the net and find your "render", this may include anything, a car, a person.. whatever. when you find it save it to somewhere you can remember.i will be basing mine off http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png -from photoshop, click open, and then find your render. -You will need to cut out your target figure from the picture, this can be frustrating, especially when the colors arent that defined between your render and your background, forcing you to use the lasso instwad of magic wand, remember, hold shift to add on to your selection, and hold alt to take away from it, in other words start with a rough selection of it and then use alt to "chip" away and get a more detailed selection. -with it selected, you may need to duplicate the layer, for you cant copy a locked base layer, so duplicate and press ctrl-c. -return to your main project, dont forget to press alt-backspace any time before you put the render in, this gives it a black background and helps you spot scrap (parts left over from render background) in the render. -press ctrl-v to paste your render in, when it is pasted it should have its own layer, us move to first scale it down to an appropriate size, then move it center-screen. - now, click the gradient tool, and then in the top left, the edit gradient tool -switch the preset to black-white, then on th bottom, click the middle of the bar to make another color, then double click the arrow pointing from the bottom to bring up a color palette -now select 2 colors, one for the middle and two for the outsides, the middle should e a bit darker than the outsides, select colors directly from the render. -in a new layer behind your render, drag your mouse horizontally from both ends while holing down the R mouse button to set your gradient. -duplicate your render layer twice -select the farthest back render layer, then select the "smudge (pointing finger)" tool. -press f5 to bring up the brush menu -Input all theese options in shape dynamics, make sure you have a 9pt smooth brush selected@ 66 strength. You may also mess with scattering some. - now, from the center of your render, drag your brush outwards, not too far though. coninue around the extents o fthe render. Dont worry that its now distorted, thats what the topmost layer is for. -now select the layer above the one you just smeared., press f5 again to bring up the brush menu -go to brush tip shape and select any unique brush you'd like, for this im selecting an "x". -this is where you can be creative, under shape dynamics and scattering, do whatever you think looks best. -repeat what you did with the first layer.

well yes, its tailored directly towards photoshop.... anything within the topic rather it be editing photos, creating sigs, laying out a webpage etc.

Alright so i was thinking how to maybe set up a nice website that i could intelligently be a part of. The result of that thought was Photoshop-HQ.com ... i was thinking of something that you could use to show off your various photoshop creations with an image addon to some open source platform, but at the same time also have a forum that gives users the opportunity to touch base with the rest of the members. Sure, this seems really similar to a ?????GFX.com kind of site, but the main discrepancy here is that it will revolve not around those who are very experienced in Photoshop, but rather those who want to begin to learn it. And also your not stuck with just hard-copy tutorials, but people to help you along the way. I found when i began to learn that having someone who knows what there doing to help toy makes your experience in PS more enjoyable, and keeps you on the right track. So, as it isnt established yet, ill keep you guys posted and possible some of you may want to venture over there and have a good time. Any feedback on the name of it or ANYTHING id really love to hear, i take critisizm as a compliment And to those who are experienced in PS, your welcomed in just as much as the guy who doesnt know what PS is, i found that by teaching others the true art of Photoshop , your true level of Photoshop knowlege increases, and hey, your being social

Ah you see my friend, you got the right path to go on, your openly admitting even here that. Your playing the game on ground level right now, and sometimes dropping your farway ambhitions to persue something more imminent will prepare you for a higher level of life. Its never the the education you will get by doing a year of school again, but it is the trial within yourself to endure something you failed at before. In life, second chances come one in a few, you have grasped this truth and are beginning to understand that you not only have the capability to aspire to something better, but that you have the will left in you to get off your *bottom* so to speak and take action towards the better good of your life. Not to be a thought to linger on as an adult but ive found anything you do in high school has the potential to multiply ten-fold as an adult. You should never focus on the negative aspects for those most literally will kill you emotionally and physically as you mature. But rather, if you pick yourself up from a low early, who in this world is to say that when you are older, you wont believe in yourself to do the same in similar situations? I really hate hearing myself say all of this because in high school i did fine, starting defensive back on the football team, ASB Vice president, girls were good etc. my grades were passive (3.2ish), i also played a mean 6-string. The experience was great, but it doesnt take a genius to figure out that some people just dont have a good time. Ill tell you now, in my eyes, of any people i have ever known, the guy that brushed off basically being tortured by the other guys in his class i respected most. Once your out of high school, what you did in any football game, or how many friends you had, how much you weighed doesnt mean sh** to anyone. The only person that can hurt you with those memories is yourself. Although it may seem impossible for some, others just throw the past behind them, and use the positive energy to create a foundation for their real life. So bro, the meds dont mean sh**, they never in your life, will control you, remember that. It doesnt matter what anyone thinks of you, the moment you cave in to harassment is the moment in which you are literally taken over by those you let get under your skin. Keep your chin up, where your focusing in life is where youll end up. You may as well have the power to do anything, but a lack of tenacity can never be compensated for with any amount of opportunity. - Musically, i hit the dumps about a year after high school, i sat in a pile of my own failures and basically just felt sorry for myself, but the day i threw it all down and realized i could do better literally was the day i joined a band, and here i am So dude, you got this, there is no doubt in my mind that you will succeed. Just KEEP AT IT And who knows, your career might just come out of left field, i am a web designer to pay for my equipment, and i never went out of the house to learn ANYTHING, youll find that if your interested in it, you, a computer, someone who can guide you along the way, and google can take you a LONG way. (worked a desk graphic design job right out of high school, picked up on design my sophomore year) Could turn to music (the mood the music is is the mood it will put you in if you wanted to learn guitar which REALLY can get you out of emotional ruts if you "feel" what you are playing., id be willing to help you along there also.

Not mantioning, it is correctly spelled mentioning goo in his post was more than likely a typing mistake of the word good he uses the word aid to compare to helping, so for example to aid someone would mean to help or assist them. I am fully fluent in 3 languages, english being my first, and 4 other languages i have a good knowlege of as far as listening goes. Heres something to think on. In this im going to use some words that even in casual english speech are sort of overkill. When i was younger i often speculated on the reoccuring topic of speaking various tounges. But what deterred me was the proclivity others that at birth spoke another language. For some errant reason was drawn to ranting enigmatic phrases to people in languages they couldnt understand. But here i am now, showing a rather astute comprehension of many common dialects, the only discrepancy from my aspirations of foreign language was i use it for productive reasons, not just to baffle people in fast-spoken jibberish. And you mentioned slang... i dont mean to violate the Xisto terms of service, but here we go. Back in grade school, language as far as my GPA went, smacked me upside the head often. mostly, i sucked at it because i was happy with spitting out random phrases instead of jumping on the bandwagon of the kids that actually wanted to get the language in thier head. Simple words, just a few concepts that are far from russian language... remember, this is REALLY light slang, nowadays, the more common type is heavy, heavy meaning that alot of words or phrases really dont have a reasonable meaning to how they are said/spelled, and commonly, they describe things that would be looked down upon on theese forums Oh and survey sais...... desaturated IS a word in the english dictionary, but it really only is used to describe colors. But i see how you could have used that saturated meaning having a ton of stuff(which more often is used as a plural, while as far as the words connecting it go is grammatically referred to as a singular reference ) and adding an "un" to it to say the opposite of it. , and someone would understand what your trying to say, but yeah you asked for help.

i got 1k+ hits today so far, many whom i believe were dissapointed to see that the anticipated release date that had been posted for so long was false. Ive recieved about 26 complaint emails so far and i hate to be the source of any dissatisfaction among our fans. So i plead to anyone that can do anything, PLEASE try to clear records of me on your hosting server! i attempted to register myhosting sometime last week when the cpanel wasnt working and it messed up and ran an incomplete installation on the account i was supposed to have.....
