  1. This simple dropdown menu is flexible enough to be used in various ways. It can be placed and modified in the webpage as is.
  2. This is a simple slidedown from the top menu. It can be placed on the Webpage as is. To modify it to a slideout menu, simply change the style and postion of the menu.
  3. Want more connections ? There's nothing like cordless, but an interconnection box is convenient when you have more to plug in and nowhere to plug them in. If you don't already have parts, it's off to the electronic supply store for a box, audio plugs, some wire, solder, and a soldering iron. The contacts of the plug heat up quickly and can easily get hot enough to melt the plastic surrounding the center of the plug. It's not necessary to plug the box into anything : just plug everything into it. An in-coming line is optional. Boxes don't come with mountings, so putting on a way to mount the box onto anything is left to the user. Not needing a source of it's own, the box is totally portable much like multiple plug-ins for power cords. keeping this in mind a person can venture into hubs.
  4. The universe, the world, on to the human mind itself depend on electricity for function. Viewing electricity as software to make hardware work we can delve into the world of toying with that software and then developing the hardware to house its function. Electricity is where it all begins. There is little a person can't do with the right connections, a guitar amplifier or two, a computer, an instrument, a VCR, a TV, and some helpful extension speakers for accoustics. The digital audio of a computer is output as anolog which works great for a guitar amplifier. The VCR plays a duel role as visual intertainment and to help balance the output to the amplifier/s. Everything is fed through the VCR to the amplifiers except instruments. Fortunitely, I had two amplifiers along with in which one was a duel, so we could plug in a couple of guitars and a mic. The second amplifier was solely to feed the extension speakers. Once they're all hooked up, a video, CD or anything on the computer or TV (a PS2 and DVD can also be added) can be played and sung along with. It can be a real party favor.
  5. I still believe in "keep it simple" thinking, not cluttering up servers, and trying to satisfy all browsers (if that's actually possible). There's nothing that can be done about individual settings, though and maybe satisfying everyone is an endless and unattainable goal. There's actually no need for heavy scripts just to the date and time on a page: the server can do that. So, just about all the scripts I write are simple and to the point. I've been told things couldn't be done a certain, but I did them. For example, using something as simple as Paint to fade colors and write on buttons. I just couldn't see putting out all that money for Photo Shop Pro, etc. when I already had the capabilities. Added text wasn't necessary either. Using the color pallet on Paint, I lightened the color a little at a time, then I used my scanner/photo imaging software to dull and descreen with an presto: I had a fading color across the top bar of a webpage or whatever. Writing on buttons with Paint is fine as long as they are bitmaps and they're kept sized in the HTML. So, if anyone doesn't want to put out any major money, these are simple ways to get around it. Descreening works on a textured background, too without having to cover it with a text box.
