I just share my point of view...I think the XP interface waste the Ram memory a lot...And the interface developed in the direction of good look...instead of efficiency...

My Pc amd64 3000+ with windows OS...boot time less than 1 mins...but my computer have sonething wrong in lan card...in truth i think the boot time is not important, the stable is more important
