Looks pretty cool. How long did it take you to make the game? Do you actually make any money from advertising? It would be cool if you could have alliances and stuff with other mine owners.

I love playing darkthrone. Personally, I think Darkthrone is better than Kings of Chaos. I actually know one of the people who made Kings of Chaos. Anyway, I like BETA much better than OMEGA. In OMEGA, you have to get to a certain level and upgrade your armoury to get better weapons for you troops, which means that it's not a good idea to camp at level 1 in my opinion. BETA is much better for campers than OMEGA. In BETA, you don't need to level up to get better weapons.

Notice from qwijibow: Lets try and keep the argument factual, labeling a group "stupid" for there choise of OS will result in nothing more than a flame war. Well my view of things is that if you use windows, either you're already stupid in the first place, you have been brain-washed by microsoft, or you are required to use windows by your job.

I play both Dark Throne and Kings of Chaos, and I definatley like Dark throne better. Somehow Dark Throne Seems more realistic. You can have miners and the game suports alliances, and there are other features in Dark Throne that Kings of Chaos does not have. If you play Kings of Chaos or any other MMORPG, I would definatly give Dark Throne a try.

I agree, I like invision power boards the best. But there are lots of other good options as well. You can either register an acount an get an already hosted forum, or you can download an open source forum and upload them on your website. If you want to get an already hosted forum, I would go with invision power board. Another good one of RunBoard. If you want to upload, I would go with phpBB. I disagree that apple is more of a hardware company than a software company. Although OSX is aqua on top of UNIX, the end product is much better than windows and has some advantages over linux in some aspects of os. I currently use OSX, XP, and linux, and OSX is by far my favorite os. The interface is beautiful, seamless, and user-freindly. OSX is fast, stable, streamlined, and much more of a joy to use.I should also not that os is not the only part of software. Apple creates other brilliant software, such as iTunes, iMovie, iPhoto, and so on. Apples software is well made, stable, and ingeniously integrated. The standard software that comes with OSX is one of the big reasons I love OSX. It's not just the os.

I think it really depends on your personallity. After all, blogs and such are all about personallity and being yourself. It all depends on what your after.

I use php a lot for all my websites. It's easy to use, has down-to-earth syntax, and it's relativly easy to learn. It also can be easily combined with MySQL to create great dynamic websites. On the other hand, I've never actually used ASP, but it's Microsoft technology, so therefore, it can't be that great. And if I'm not mistaken, you use C or C sharp to program ASP . As you can see, I personally like php much better.

I started out game programming by programming simple applets with java. Java was not very difficult to learn and it's easier than C or C++. I used jGrasp to write and compile my java programs. You can download jGrasp here. Happy game programming.

Gmail all the way. I have 5 gmail acounts and 1 yahoo acount. I have never used hotmail. I only use 2 of my gmail acounts and I don't really use my yahoo acount any more. 1 gmail acount I use of email, and the other acount I use as an extra hard drive. I use a free program that turns a gmail acount into an extra hard drive on your computer. Gmail has so many free cool features, like free forwarding, free POP access, and more. I also like the feature where you can send email through your gmail acount as if you were sending it through another acount you own. Like if your gmail acount is: emailacount@gmail.com and your other acount is myotheracount@yahoo.com, you can send email through emailacount@gmail.com, and when the recipient recieves your email, it says it was sent from myotheracount@yahoo.com.

what is "myspace" design. I've heard that term used before, but I don't know what it means. and just to comment on the website mention before, I would change the text. it dosn't contrast enough with the background pic.

I like the super samus one the best. Did you add the noise around the words and the render on purpose? cuz i don't think it looks that good. I would try maybe using a different font. I like the bg brush, though.

Nice work. I like the jedi mind tricks one the best. The iverson and bryant ones are good too. I like how kobes jersey and the basketball are color, but everything else is greyscale.

I don't think it will be a major step forward for everyone, because it's not a step forward for the human beings who are destroyed by using their stem cells.

I have Corel and Adobe and I like Adobe a lot better. Its more stable, has more features, and is smoother. Really simple tasks like resizing squares are slightly easier with corel, but once you get to stuff like beizers and gradients and all kinds of cool stuff, Adobe is much better. But like everyone else is saying, get the demo and try it out first.

What exactly is coldfusion and what does it do? I'm embarresed to say I have it, but I've never looked into it.

Just for the record, I think the phrase "The Best OS" means the best OS universally. I understand your logic, Sarah81, but I think what your talking about is "The Best OS for me", not "The Best OS".

i definatly think God created everything. And those of you who try to argue with science and logic that creatonisim is false, I don't belive that science and logic can be used to disprove God because God created science and logic.

thats really sad that someone died playing video games. i think we need to revaluate our societies relationship with video games.
