Nothing wrong to create some kind of logic which can be applied to formulate some symbolic language which eventually can be used to describe the world of a painting or a machine-robot. The challenge to build a robot that understand and behave similar to human is an utopia but seems to be an essential progress in this word also for many scientist would be and incredible achievement (form AI to genetic engineering). At the moment neural networks technology are far to accomplish part of this task… At this stage only expert systems can sometime do a better job then human on some very specific task. (Probably because machines never get bored or tired).
