  1. I've heard about them. Please don't mention about a World War 3... Although the neutron bomb's effects scare me, I find it fascinating. The main thing I heard about them is that they are intended to destroy soldiers protected by armor and that it's highly effective against heavy armored vehicles. Wow, that is scary...My question is, how does a neutron bomb work?
  2. I hear you. Although I have learned a lot of programming langauges, I haven't taken the time to learn more. I only know a little of each language I learn. I'll never consider myself a programmer... I know a lot of HTML because that was the first thing I learned. I wished I could have learned how to program younger (say 2nd grade) to catch up with everyone else... :PI have programmed for four years... four years of little programming though...
  3. Before Gmail, I heard about Walla which provided 1G of space but the interface was too simple... Gmail is the best because now there's 2G (and the space is growing) and the "environment" is user friendly. I don't worry about attachments anymore. By the way, do you guys think you'll use up your 2G? I think I'll never reach the max since the space Gmail provide keeps on growing.
  4. I love Frontpage and Dreamweaver, but now I prefer to do everything by code. Thus, I would say NotePad is my favorite program...However, I use HTML-Kit now... Why? It's basically NotePad with nice features for the coder. Of course, the tags and attributes are color-coded like every other program. It has many functions for the lazy coder (that's me). I like the HTML Tidy ability which of course checks for errors and cleans up my disorganized code. Clearly, HTML-Kit is my favorite website creator...
  5. In the beginning, I chose Mozilla Firefox because it has better security than Internet Explorer. After using it for a while, I modified my reason for chosing Firefox: The extensions of Firefox are cool, especially Adblock where one can block ads with ease. Clearly, Firefox is a keeper.I still use IE occasionally for Windows Updates and for viewing websites that fail to appear normal in Firefox. Should I be ashamed for doing that?
  6. It's interesting how everyone started out programming by a computer... I started to learn how to program in 7th grade by a calculator. It's a pitiful age to start since I can never catch up with anyone . Well, it began with a Texas Instruments Calculator, the TI 83 Plus. Learning how to make BASIC programs on that thing was awesome. Then I moved on to computers and started learning all the basics as mentioned above, QBasic, Visual Basic, etc... Then eventually leading up to C++. I would love to learn assembly but I don't have the time anymore...Actually, if one was to consider HTML as a programming language, then one can say I started programming by 5th grade... but HTML isn't... If some of you wish you could learn your first programming earlier, when would it be? I say, I wished I could have started programming in 3rd grade (I mastered my basic math by then) so I would have the time to learn Assembly by now...
