  1. Most user is still using it, the main reason is, this bowser is integrated with Windows OS. Some people don't want get complicated with another browser that they have to download it, then install it manually. They just want to browse the web, and installing another browser is a waste of time. They never know about what ActiveX can do to their computer, or even worse, they don't care. You should aware of it, internet is a modern wildlife, there are too many security thread. Firefox has a periodic update checking, it will check for updates of extensions, themes and Firefox itself. use it and you will be one step more secure. I personally used firefox since 0.9. Untill now, i never find any major problem, excep it doesn't suit with my 128 MB memory. Longer I use it, bigger system memory used by it. Maybe my W2K SP4 is not really stable, so the memory management is not too good. Though firefox is secure, it will be better if you use it under GNU/Linux or another UNIX based Operating System.
  2. What you wrote is just like I did, here is my installed related software list: Firewall: Sygate personal Firewall PRO Anti spyware/adware: Ad-Aware SE Pro with activated Ad-Watch protection. Also Spybot Search and Destroy as secondary scanner. Anti virus: NAV 2004 (I didn't purchase 2005 version) Browsers: Firefox with tons of extension, including AdBlock (As we know most of adware will be downloaded when visiting advertising and "blacklisted" sites, I use Adblock to prevent my browser load such sites). for some sites that doesn't seem to be friendly with Firefox (I can't load yahoo avatar page, maybe changing browser identification should fix it, but I didn't change its identification to IE), I use Maxthon. It's correct that maxthon uses IE engine, but it can be equipped with "security control plug-in" beside it's own download control option. So I can deactivate ActiveX that is one of the main reason for security leak on browser. For additional resource about anti-spyware you can visit: MS AntiSpyware vs Ad-Aware vs SpyBot by Flaxbeta Microsoft Windows Anti-Spyware (beta) Software Review by pcstats FirewallGuide's Anti-spyware guide
  3. Of course it's better. In fact, FM 2005 uses the third generation of CM 4 engine, that, you know, CM 4 has so many bugs. It's the reason for releasing CM 03/04 which is use the second generation of CM 4 engine. So FM 2005 is based on CM series with different name. This thing happened after Eidos and sigames cooperaion in making CM stopped. Sports Interactive/sigames then released FM 2005 using CM engine and source code, while CM name itself owned by Eidos, so sigames had to use the different name. And now, Eidos accompanied with Sega and Beautiful Game Studios just released CM 5, that is used completely different and absolutely new game engine, not using CM engine anymore since CM 4 engine code is owned by Sports interactive. The most improved thing in FM is media interaction with manager, but don't hope you will do like what Mourinho said about Rijkaard!

    Cd-r Burining

Maybe it means "there is a program tha makes you burn the content of DVDs on CD recorders." So what really happens is DVD ripping with DVD ripper software (whatever it is), then convert it to VCD, and burn using CD recorder to create vcd. Or just rip and burn the result of ripping without converting it.If what you really meant is burn DVD media in a CD recorder, its only possible if its a DVD recorder, most DVD recorders can also burn CDs. If you want a software which can burn DVD media in a CD recorder, there is no possible answer. Since there is an incompatibility between DVD media (disk) with the recorder (CD recorder). This incompatibility is not in its software, but hardware, so you can never make them both compatible with software. If a DVD media/disk can't even be read in a CD recorder, how can it be burnt in CD recorder? If you explained the detailed problem, (i.e. the light was on but there was no result of burning, it could read but not burn, or it said burn proccess completed but the result disk couldn't be read) it'll be easier for all to answer. Also mention your OS and installed software for burning (i.e. Nero 6 on Windows XP pro SP 2)
