Surely why can't you design the program in 1024X768, or does it also not work when designing, not just rutime? I cna't really help you much though, try either making another program (make it simple though) in 800X600, see if it has the same problems, or you could see if it is just your computer with the problems?

I learned it either when I was 11 or 12( I can't remember) by reading a book. Don't askl me why I learnt it, because I didn't actually learn much, ubt I can jsut about manage to build a website with frames without reading a book.Disclaimer: 'Without reading a book' does allow: looking at other pages source, reading two or more books, asking my dad, etc.Yep, I'm rubbish at it, programming is more my style (that's why i try to use js in my websites - no of which actually got uploaded, though.)

I can't really vote here (but I have - PSP), because I haven't tried PhotoShop, but PSP is great, and although I am only using ver5 (My sis lost the 7 disc - grrrr!), It still is fine for me, although I have managed to crash quite a few times, but other than that PSP is fine, especially if you have the money to spend on it. If you don't really want to spend much, then go for the Gimp. Although I see psp better than the gimp, the gimp is better value for money. As for PhotoSHop, I haven't a clue what it's like, but maybe Ill by it noe day... but right now I'm saving up for a new mobo and a 64-bit cpu.Oh yeah, here are two pics I made in PSP in around 5min each:[edit]The second one's a bit dark, going to edit it quickly and re-upload.Ok here's the one i edited and another one(Both use the same technique):

Has anyone here read the book 'The Cuckoo's Egg' ? It's quite an old book but based on a true story of how somehow hacked into the millitary network (I can't remember what it was called back then, something like mil lan though). going through a labatory's lan somewhere in the us, all the way from germany.I'm gonna check out those sites... you should understand if I tell you i'm 13 and love computers (My three hobbies : programming, grpahics design, and gaming). Atelast it's legal with those, isn't it?

nice logo, I'm working on text images at the moment, but I can't think of much to do. I'll create a thread and upload what I have done though, so other people can rate it.P.S. Not sure what file type it is, but the quality of the green background doesnt look to good.
