The only forum i see mising is html, php, javascript, etc. help forums, i would like to use these and tell prople not to post sorce but to link to a html file with the source instead so these aren't abused. Like the idea?

Why get extra credits? why not get the 10 or 30 you need for your hosting? does your site dissappear if you dont post, and if so what happens if you go on vaction
