I use Apache for Server Side Scripting, but what is this Merlin. I used Different flavors of Apache along with apache httpd and apache Tomcat. But i donno aby thing about Merlin.

GNOME is beautyful, cool desktop having good look and feel. It is very easy to create shotcuts and place it over the destop. GNOME crashes when compare to KDE. KDE give lot of support like free icons , MIME types, themes, screen savers, in open source format under GNU,GPL.But when you go for GNOME even though it offers all the options of KDE, but lacks the Quantity and Quality when compared to Gnome. And one of the main thing is KDE has Lot of developers working for it than Gnome.

I vote for RedHat linux. Since RedHat organization provids/ relise updated versions of linux as and when there is a considereble change in the Linux. The installated process of RedHat is eassier than any other linux verisons. They have provided very good GUI for manaing and configuring linux platform. It is easy to access dos partitions in the hard disk. One major lackness is they are not providing media player

I vote for Linuxbecause of these reasonsIt is free and open source, as they say millions of minds can not make mistacks, It divise drivers are very efficient. The graphics drivers are good. The persons witch are in system software engineering will prefer to use linux rather windows. It provides lot of APIs to access hardware resources. The security provided by linux definitely has advantages than windows.Thanks

Hi developers,Now a days if we trace the growth of flash MX and its wel known actionscript, dfntly we will get doubt that flash may overcome java, but if we see the robustness and flexibility of java then we will be in confusion. But if we get a technology which includes java programming (controlling) and view of flash, means in MVC architecture MC with java and View with Flash, then it will be greate.Cheers

Hi all,Am a web Designer and Programmer for web based applications. As per my knowledge its is better to consider firefox as a ideal web browser than Internet Explorer 6.x. As Firefox is well know for its cool rendering options when we compare to Internet explorer. And once again its Free to download and Plat form independent. If you are going to design a website please design it for Firefox, if it works fine on Firefox then it will work on all present browsers.Cheers Firefox,Pradeepcs
