when i try to log on ftp this error is shown: 331 User Suki OKPASS (hidden)530 Authentication failed, sorry Connection closed.Can any one help me im using the same username and password like here

when i first logged in this server, no information about uploading were viewed.U know this is a webhosting site so is very important to know what is ftp server name, how to upload the files etc. There is no guide in here to manage your site, isnt it? Can anyone help me where can i find the basic informations?
