emm that's AN EXTREME configuration leader ,, and for an EXTREME budget too the stuff i am going to use from my current pc : - Sound Blaster Live 5.1 - LG flatron 17" monitor - Ethernet Cards / ADSL router - I got a 256 SDR ram so I dont know if they are going to be with some use - 40 GB segate barracuda 7200 rpmI was thinking to get just a motherboard with a new processor , rams and a gfx card .say my budget is arrond $350 for a mb + processor and a graphics card .

And it does have a popup blocker bla bla bla .. AND FINALY A DOWNLOAD manager .. where u resume /pause downloads ! but still no TABS ! but then it was explained that this is not the IE that will launch with the final thing IE 7.0 will be launched with the release of this Windows ... and it's going to have TABS/SIDEBARS .( Windows LHorn does has a sidebar now ) no more lame alternative browsers .. no offence foxxy boys

I do have it Silent , for me it didnt show up any spyware or adds ( YET )but as redsox mention there is already a LITE version but the eXeem network is having connecivity problems now , and u can't really connect now ... I think it's better to wait for another version ..

Sorry for the delayed reply I don't provide hosting at all Prod. I just do the design , however if a certain number of requests / applications ( a large number ) I think it would be kinda intresting to blend the service with Xisto , so they can have thier Regual forum ppl and give them space as well .

@ Silent Soul X Due to my nature of studies ( architecture ) I used to send and recieve LARGE .CAD files ( autocad format ) ( 5-10 mbytes ) because my flashdisk is destroyed .. so I just send it to the Office where I print the drawings in ... and also exchange with friends and so ... My 1 gb E-mail account from Walla was once 47% complete ... if I didn't clean unwanted stuff it would have jumped to 1gb for sure

@ LoipsDI agree with you , but the E-mail providers has nothing NEW to offer except this .. i mean consider someone who doesnt have an email account yet .. and he searches for one .. finds 10000000000 free providers all with the same features and advanded mumbo jambobut he finds one of them offering 10 gb while the other offer 1 gb .. which would u go for ? it's all a marketing trick ... like anything else.

Thanks for the tipI already emulate Consoles and I found a Mac emulator but it's still not the same experience as a mac , and I dont think buying a cheap mac just to test OSX is a neat idea , i was mostly thinking of upgrading the metal junk I am typing on right now i have a P3 1ghz with 256 SDR ram and a Geforce 2MX 32 SDR , and with today applications and games I feel like ... **** ! So I decided to upgrade to : P4 2.8 ghz , 512 DDR ram and a Geforce FX5200 ... would anyone recommend any other alternatives or similar or better upgrade? thanks alot

Yes I was also ripped off , the same way MajesticFrog explained , I was the graphics designer , I designed a 3D model for a commercial product , and the company said " it's not good enough but thanks for your efforts " the problem is I was stupid enough to deliver them the model not just the Rendered shots , what do you know next month I read the newspaper and find not even another render of my model but one of the Renders I sent them in an a Full Page printed out ..Called them to find out that the Manager has been fired and the new one decided to use the SHOTS they OWN as the older manager reported , I filed a police report and till now I am sitting .. no one gave me anything ...nm .. a friend of mine told me :Well " The law doesn't protect idiots " and I truly believe in that now

well yes I dont use IE anymore .. but not bcuz of anything ... i mean before SP2 it didnt have a popup blocker or so many features ( btw IE in sp2 Automatcily disables ActiveX components and tells you about it ) anyways I just jumped to Maxthon because of the TABS mainly , then I started discovering the wonderful features is has btw : Maxthon can render using Gecko engine as well but I didn't try it or I didn't see any diffrence , I might read the help file and tell you about it .you will find it in File > New Tab > Use Gecko engine .

hi , Just wanted to tell you , that eXeem the one I provided the CLOSED preview beta for ( a couple of weeks ago ) is now open for pulic named eXeem open beta 0.20 and the website is now open : http://www.exeem.com/ you can download it now freely , no keys no anything , it works it's about 3 mb . and some people reported that is has adware but I have scanned the progie with everything and it's clean . if you don't know what exeem is , it's a p2p client based on bitorrent network ( imagine emule but on BitTorrent ) made by the ppl behind SuprNova ( which is closed now ) I didn't play with it much so go and try it and report your experience http://www.exeem.com/ hope you enjoy it .

to hell with the download manager with firefox is's so plain stupid , but honestly not as stupid as the IE download ..anyways i always use Leechget2004 and Freshdownload both free and has the NEEDED features with a simple user interface unlike getright and dap .. full of features , AAWFUL INTERFACE ( DAP ) ackward monitoring ( getright )

@MajesticTreeFrogok then i should install mcafee antivirus . norton antivirus ,nod32 , panda antivirus and avast antiviurs ... in case one of them didnt catch a virus it didn't see ..even if this is true , it's very not so briliant to use so many spyware/adware cleaners ... of course they do a great job , but then again it cripples the computer .... I dont even enable norton / ms antispyware .. realtime scanning .. i only scan when I want to or feel that something is not right .I know this is a bit insecure ..but then again , as I said before .. without norton/MS antispyware .. i didnt have any security problems at all .. maybe i am lucky or so .. i dunno ..I would love to try MacOSx .... is there is a way to boot MacOSX from an IBM compatible PC ? thanks @Ok frog , I know where you are coming from ( windows problems and such ) and I do agree , but then for a SIMPLE home desktop I still think Windows XP Pro/Home is the best OS outthere ..
