this is the Windows Longhorn SYSTRAY and desktop and start menu and showing off the 3D GUI so many talked about , however i couldn't find it in my copy , maybe it's a hidden or a Console command that activates it .

well as usual you're responding to a total diffrent issue I am talking about games , and almost 90% of freeware software for windows and most of MY used applications ... that includes HTML editors / FTP clients / Graphics Packages and more as for the Bill copying Mac part , I was told so by a represnetive from Apple themselves at CairoICT ( a communication exhibit at cairo ) when I told asked about why would i want a mac and that PCs are good enough , he told me that the basics of the PC belonged orginaly to the Apple , when it started to enhance the PowerPC ( I think ) with ibm and toshiba ... so was Macs OS .. he told me that Windows tho it's based on MSDOS ( Windows 98 back then ) it's very inspired by Apples Os , and even to some core levels ,, that was his exact words .

Ok before i post this , I am not flaming .. I am just providing a story I found about a new exploit that affects ALL BROWSERS EXCEPT INTERNET EXPLORER ! ( STRANGE ) FireFox fans across the world, grab the Kleenex! According to a paper recently published by Eric Johanson of the Shmoo Group, users on most Mozilla-based browsers (Firefox 1.0, Camino .8.5, Mozilla 1.6, etc), Safari 1.2.5, Opera 7.54, Omniweb 5 are victim to a complex International Domain Name [iDN] spoof. This new attack allows an attacker/phisher to spoof the domain/URLs of businesses. Every recent gecko/khtml based browser implements IDN (which is just about every browser except for Internet Explorer). The Smoo Group have created a proof of concept where the links are directed at "p;, which the browsers punycode handlers render as http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. According to the group there is however an easy to way to detect you're under a spoof attack, cut & paste the url you are accessing into notepad or some other tool (under OSX, paste into a terminal window) which will allow you to view what character set/pagecode the string is in. You can also view the details of the SSL cert etc. You can disable IDN support in Mozilla products by setting 'network.enableIDN' to false. There is no known workaround for Opera or Safari. Vendor responses have been varied with VeriSign and Apple failing to respond but Opera believing they have correctly implemented IDN, and will not be making any changes (oops). Mozilla are currently working on finding a good long-term solution. The company provided a clear workaround for disabling IDN temporarily until it can better address the issue. This latest exploit will provide spammers with a way to trick FireFox, Opera and Safari users into thinking they're on a certain website. Commonly known as Phishing this latest attack by spammers and hackers is frighteningly common. I have longhorn installed and it LOOKS NOTHING .. I just love it , dont use it as my Default OS ( build 4074 ) because it comes bundled with DirectX9.0 .. and many new games i play requires DX9.0C .. which cannot be installed on Longhorn , the setup is also a beeeeeze .. you just put in the CD ( btw the image u provided for the CD is also fake ) autorun .. click 2 Nexts ( enter username / cd-key / location of the installion ) no more users interference .. it completes the setup ( 14 minutes on my system ) and you get in ... it needs alittle bit clicking here and there to get used to but it's really great ! I hope they release it soon .

@ microscopic^earthling I was talking on Windows as User Friendly Desktop OS , I don't care for servers ... I dont sit on them ... The other hosting account I have with some Dutch website is using OpenBSD which I think is linux .. And it's a great service .. I have unlimited features there but the only thing that i hate is they are using SFTP ( secure ftp ) which is FOR ME very very slow ..I know that Windows is oringialy a MAC os .. MACs OS existed long ago before Windows and bill did literally copy the OS to PC .But then again If MACs were as popular as PCS ( in terms of software compatability ) I Woul've never bought a pc .. I just love it when JUST ONE EXCELLENT COMPANY (Macintosh ) controlls all its market .. ie fully branded pcs not like PCs that are mostly locally assembled ..so you I know OSX is hella better than Windows but looking at ALL THE FEATURES ARROUND NOW ( including software comptability ) Windows XP SP2 is still the most friendly desktop OS .

the site looks good , but on lower resolutions such as 800x600 ... the left menu frame is not displyaed completely and that's one of the ackward stuff about frames .. unless you totaly want to screw ur page and add a scroll bar there ..

btw USING windows XP u can make a similar DRIVE for your Xisto FTP account , it's not really a drive , you just create a new LOCATION in your my network places folder , pointing to ur FTP and eneter the account details , then make a shortcut on the desktop voila .. double click the shortcut , you will be in your Xisto FTP ... upload & download files by dragging and dropping ( of course u cant do advanced FTP commands )

well that's your only personal opinion but in mine , Windows XP SP2 is the most stable most stylish most fastest USER FRIENDLY OS . This post was not for ppl using linux , it was for ppl using Windows and then say it suck .. I just wanted to say either USE WINDOWS AND SHUTUP or USE LINUX AND SHUTUP ( nothing to you , i am talking in general )As for SERVERS and so on , I don't possibly care ... it's great and all ... but it still lacks software comptability .. like linux for the IBMs .... or at least they dont get released first ... you have to wait in line ... and eventualy gets canceled ... tho I really wish to try the MAC ... but for $500 I could get an extra cool upgrade for my pc : $500 = 3000 LE .. that can get me : AthlonXP 3000+ Suitable Top Notch Motherboard 512 DDR3100 Ram ATi Radeon 9200 or a GeforceFX 5200 128 DDRfor my P3 1ghz pc .. taht would be awesome

I still think emule isnt that great ... I've downloaded tons of crap out of it over 50gbz of **** .. but it's very slow for me .. I am on ADSL 512 KB and my max speed is about 60kb/sec .... I've configured my firewall properly and I am not getting any Low ID , but my max speed is like 10kb/sec .. tho I am giving all my 16 KB/sec upload speed ... I personaly prefer ARES .. it's more LAME and very hard to find large or rare files .. but they come to it in the end ... just after I click the downlaod , i get a 40KB/sec download after a minute or so ...tho it's excellent for Audio files and porn movies for all the home boys outthere
